I liked the clossness to the main stations. Peacefull neighborhood. Breakfast was very poor. Rooms coul use a little cleaning once in a while. |

This hotel is quite far form victoria train station more than 5 mins walk. The room is small but clean. The worst is breakfast. There are only 2 pieces of bread, coffee, tea, milk and cereal. I rate that I piad is too expensive than what I got. |

very helpful staff, polite. nice big towels it could do with having tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, the internet costs were high especially as most other hotels in the area seem to be offering free wifi. could do with having sky or similar which seems to be normal these days. |

Jay the managerwas really friendly and helpful.Room was clean but everything a bit thread bare except the shower seemed new.Good location for Victoria station. This isn't what I would call a hotel it's more like a social security B/B. Breakfast was awful . Cheap supermarket cereal and the worst toast I have ever tasted.Staff weren't very freindlyin breakfast room. Lots of noise from people above us just walking about. Won't stay there again. |

it was fairly close to transport especially the victoria coach station which is why i picked it room was way too small. i stayed in 2 other hotels in london during the same holiday and they had coffee and tea in the room, a wardrobe, larger room and toilet, and they were either the same price or 10-20 pounds cheaper per night, with the same distance from the tube. |

The location. The hotel is located near Victoria station (10 mins walk.) There is no soap in the room, so I had to buy them. And also there is no tissue box. It is a small thing but still it is inconvenient. |

The location was excellent; close to the Victoria tube station but in a nice, quiet area. Very courteous and helpful staff. Our room was extemely tiny; it was suitable for one person but definitely not for two. |

the 'homely' feel and friendly staff it is very tatty (e.g. stair carpets), the lift is not at all convenient (you have to go up or downstairs to get it!), the breakfast was rather meagre (white bread toast or cereals, little selection) - altogether, it is more like a B&B or hostel than a hotel |

La posizione comoda per la stazione. La dimensione della camera adeguata per la nostra sosta di 4 gg. La tranquillita' ed il silenzio della camera e nell'albergo in genere. La colazione e' scarsa e di bassa qualita'. Non si possono lasciare bagagli se non a pagamento e non esiste un bagno di servizio. |

nulla, solo la posizione Pulizia carente, staff poco accogliente, prima colazione povera o addirittura inesistente. Assenza di riscaldamenti: faceva freddo di notte e ci hanno fornito coperte maleodoranti e sporche. |

Det var absolut närhet till Busstationen, Stanstedts. Bra restauranger i närheten och nära till Buckingham palace, Greenpark, Hyde park. Big Ben, Westminster. Bäddningen, bara lakan och äckliga filtar. Frukosten ganska mager. stressad personal som serverade frukost, som Fawlty Towers. |

La ubicación, cerca de la estación Victoria, en una zona muy tranquila. Creo que es un precio muy razonable, con desayuno incluido. Las habitaciones pequeñas. Los colchones algo blandos, pero cómodos. El aspecto un poco cutre para 3 estrellas. |

A simpatia dos funcionários e a localização do hotel é um aspecto relevante. Melhorar o serviço de limpeza nas casas-de-banho e nas louças do pequeno almoço e as comodidades, nomeadamente os colchões das camas... |
