Room was good
Paying for Wifi was not good but it is a practise in London so ...
very noisy room, poor breakfast
Very small room
I feel the breakfast should be more than toast and cereal.
No coffee or tea in room No free wifi No money safe in the room No lounge to relax in No computer / printer Very poor value for money relative to the Comfort Inn, a hotel nearby
Position to Victoria bus station and central London
Lift access was poor. Having to lift heavy suit cases up one flight of narrow stairs is not good when you are on leave.
location. perfect spot for tourist attractions.
old torn curtains
The staff of the Hotel. The bed was very comfortable. If you like to walk you are about 35 minutes from the centre of London. The metro station "Victoria Station" is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Two theatres are very close from the hotel.
The breakfast is served from 8 to 9, my bedroom was very small and the carpet was not really clean. A bit expensive for what you get.
Beds were comfy and clean.
No hot water in shower which is a must for any budget or no budget hotel, moreover they only charging a bit more as they have 3 stars whereas other similar hotels cheaper in the area, not worth paying that little extra at all. For the price could have served a better breakfast, no shower gel or hand wash in the dispenser.
The location was good approx 10/15 minute walk to all attractions. The room was clean and the bins were emptied daily and clean towels provided and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
We couldn't get an answer to gain entry when we arrived. Breakfast was very poor to say the least. Soggy toast and cereal. The room was tiny and no where to put anything, the hairdryer didn't work.
Location and reception staff
Cleanliness, curtains and net curtains wear ripped
Unfriendly personnell, breakfast from 8-9 not really for leisure traveller, check out time 10am, bathroom smelly, shower hardly working
The staff on the desk was extremely rude, hairdryer was broken, the net curtain was filthy and the shower wasn't very clean.
Well, London's a rip off so for the price it was fine.
Location. Jay was helpful.
Room was just too small, even for London.
Location Breakfast service
Room was very very dusty. High ceilings ment high picture rails that were thick of dust.
Won't stay here again.
Filthy curtains on the windows. No change of towels daily. Dire breakfast.
Location close to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station
Front desk clerk - and that's about it.
Breakfast is yawnfal。No meat no eggs.Just some bread and toast.
Filthy. I don't usually write reviews but in this case I felt I should. The room was so dirty I couldn't even stay 1 night. Filth on the skirting boards, marks all over the walls, what should have been white net curtain were gray rags with a chunk ripped out. Curtains had grease marks along the edges where they had been pulled shut. The only clean thing in the room was the bed linen. The receptionist dismissed my concerns about the room and charged me for the night even though I didn't stay. There are far better hotels for the same price in this ares. Stay at one of those.
5 min by walking to Victoria Station!!
Poor breakfast but it's ok for the price
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was a good size, comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. The hotel was clean. Great location handy for the Buses, tube and trains.
The hotel could do with decorating as wall paper is coming off the walls in places and the paint work needed repainting. It would be better if there was tea/coffee making facilities available in the room. Didn't know about the extra 5% added onto our booking when we arrived and paid for our stay. Net curtain in room had rips in them and there was a hole in the wall by the mirror. Double glazing required to reduce the noise of the traffic out side.
Staff unhelpful. Towels not changed. No coffee making facilities. Breakfast only served for 1 hour. Doesn't deserve 3 stars definitely
The best part of this place is the location, bed was comfortable and bedding was clean and the bathroom was ok. The man on reception was very helpful, which made up for the misserable man serving toast for breakfast.
The curtains and the nets in the whole place needed a good wash, the walls were just as bad, I wipped a small piece and the cloth was battleship grey which matched the nets. Carpet up the stairs need a good vacuum, henry was at the bottom of the stairs but I dont think he had been let loose in the accomodation for some time
