It was near to the New forest On a main road and room too hot,If we opened the window it was too noisy. Maybe a room at the rear would be better. Fair value for money.

Comfortable - Clean - Good breakfast - Good shower. Good Indian restaurant next door. Excellent if passing through. Bit odd you pay extra for breakfast! £7.50Ea The same price whether you have egg on toast all the full monty!

Rooms were great. Unfortunately, as we didn't fancy Indian food, we had to drive to the pub down the road to eat (which was very good!).

It was clean and convenient There was no staff at all times, the alarm went off and no one was able to attend to it on time, also the fact that the hot water tap was not working and there was no staff to report to in time to fix

The room smelt musty, the value for money was poor, by the time you add £7.50 for breakfast you could stay at a 4* hotel. The noise of the road and other rooms were a particularly bad feature. The breakfast is only served from 07.30 to 09.00.

Easy to find. Friendly and helpful. Clean and hygenic. I wasn't expecting a 'travel lodge' type accommodation but that was probably my lack of research. I felt that £7.50 on top of the £40 accommodation was a little steep for the type of accommodation, especially for elderly people.
