It is very convenient for exploring Salisbury (10 miles away) and the countryside;- nothing special in itself, but affordable and handy. |

Spacious room, very well laid out with plugs and mirrors in the right places. Nice helpful people running it. Great location as a base for exploring the area. Road was a bit noisy, but windows were wide open due to very warm nights. |

Nice area to go off exploring the New Forest,Salisbury Cathedral, Salisbury's shopping facilities and relaxing by the River Avon. The only downside was the noise from the main road. |

Overall cleanliness, good breakfast and spacious room. We made the mistake in assuming that £70 included breakfast which we considered good value however we ended up paying nearly £45 each to include breakfast which we thought was slightly too much considering facilities and location. |

Although it was on the outskirts of the New Forest, it was easy to get to wherever you wanted to. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were as shown on the website, which is not always the case, it was a very relaxing place to stay and one I would recommend. |

Location, room comfort & excellent power shower. Walls were thin so noise from neighbouring rooms was evident as was the noise of door slams in the block. Not good if you go to bed early. Also, TV remote was in poor condition and the programme up & volume buttons were knackered. |

Friendly staff. Nice size room overlooking farmlands. Although on a fairly busy A road, you don't hear the traffic too loadly. |
