We only stayed one night but found the experience very good. The hotel was spotless. We received a warm welcome when we arrived and at breakfast. Breakfast was very good. The room and bed were large & comfortable. Bathroom well decorated, warm, very clean and modern with excellent shower. Lovely view over the fields. Would be very happy to stay again, and for longer. If I'm being really picky, the walls are quite thin and there were children in the next room who liked bouncing on the bed and shouting. It didn't really bother us as we were only there one night. It wouldn't have bothered me either if we were staying longer, especially as it seems to be a very family minded hotel, but it may bother older guest who don't have kids. No real complaints though!

Very friendly staff, room excellent - very clean, didn't look dated. Bathroom immaculate & shower was powerfull - always a bonus!! They even read the request on the booking form and had moved us to a double room as someone had cancelled to allow us to move.

Extremely comfortable and well appointed room. Room folders were not inconvenient to read for just a one night stay. Breakfast was cooked to perfection with excellent choice and quality foods.

i liked the space we had quite a good size room, nice bathroom it would of been nice to have a dvd player though . only one complaint the noisey road but it was'nt to bad after 11pm

We found the staff pleasent the room was clean & comfortable the breakfast was value for money my wife & I enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning on our next visit to the new forest. We would rate the whole package 10/10
