TV Horrible location, poor breakfast, no chair in the room, very old furniture and windows, no elevator so you need to drag the suitcase upstairs, definitely overpriced

Very dissapointed, was put into an Annexe / House next door. One of the double glazed windows in door to balcony was smashed. Street noise was horrendous, curtains did not shut out the light. There was no table to work at, main consideration this as almost impossible to write up reports in the evening., Neiighbours in the house came in late at night. What a disaster do you want me to go on !!!! Breakfast very average.

Location was pretty good, 5 mins taxi or 10 mins bus ride to Stratford Station. Reception were friendly and were happy to accommodate where they could. Probably the best part of our 2 day stay was the quality of the breakfast, hot and cold buffet style to suit mostly everyone. Room location overlooking the main Romford road, no modern double glazing so you had to put up with heavy traffic noise, police & ambulance sirens through the middle of the night - would definitely recommend a room at the back of the hotel. The running water was inconsistent, hot water seemed to be at a premium. When I approached reception they said just keep running the shower and it will eventually go hot - it didn't.They did allow us to use another triple room but the hot water soon went cold again. We did notice that the other triple had a fridge unlike our own room. When I informed the reception they said we should have told them and they would have moved a fridge from one room to ours.... nuff said.

The rooms were clean and there was plenty of parking space. Lot of noise from car-park.No towels were provided on first night until 9pm. Booked a double room and was given a single with no refund.

Good location friendly staff Damp smell in air in corridor and room, bathroom tiling was not in best condition, only stay here if you on your own and you are not bothered by things not being perfect. But at this price close to stratford station, you cant complain.

Secure parking and cleanliness. I booked a non smoking room but was given a smoking one. Our window from the cramped bedroom could not let in fresh air as it did not open to the outside but rather to the laundry room. There was no hot water on the night of arrival and again the next morning at which stage I complained and was given a key fro another room that did have hot water. Finally the breakfast was disgusting, it was easy to see the hotel has bought the cheapest ingredients. I could see the staff had done the best they could with the very poor ingredients they had to work with..

The worst night of my life, when I woke up in the morning I was bitten all over my body by some insects that I presume were bed bugs. I didn't pay too much attention at that moment but in a couple of hours I developed an ugly allergy, my body started to swallow and the bites became a nightmare.I Sent a complain to the hotel, they didn't even bother to respond. If u want to avoid something like this don't stay at this hotel, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. A very bad experience, first time when I had to deal with such thing in my entire life and to be honest I stayed in many places but never happened anything like this. Do not stay at this hotel

The bus stop was near. The room was good, and looked to the parking lot, so it was quiet. The breakfest was good too, and not portioned, so you can eat as much as you want. Warm water for shower was rare - and on sunday they just switched off! I booked a 3 Bed triple room, and got a 1 Bed and 1 duoble bed - they said they never had a 3 bed room. The walls ar thin, so you can hear door slamming, and such noise. The floor in the shower was broken. And the door was once left open after cleaning!

Very friendly (east-european) chambermaiden! When asking for an additional towel, you get one immediately (as we used one as bath mat we got a proper one the next day). Generous English breakfast. As I complained about the room (no. 10), I got another one without without further discussions - inc. hot water. However, cheap! Avoid room no.10! A tiny twin room, not possible to open the wardrobe. Not possible to open the windows. The door was rather difficult to open/close, no hot water, the shower door hasn't close properly so water everywhere. Only English breakfast (no fruit or yoghurt). All in all the owner save as money as the can (equipment, staff, food). Poor hot water supply when high frequented. Quite tacky!

It is a cheap option in a rather expensive city. Buses stop right in front of the hotel and go to Stratford Station, where there is access to the underground and rail services. It will be conveniently located close to the 2012 Olympic Park and the new Westham Stratford shopping center.
