the size of the family room and the location

being looked over by owners whilst eating breakfast. they should just serve it and leave you to eat it at your leisure not making you feel that you should rush so they can tidy away

Welcoming, attentive and friendly owners, good sized comfortable rooms (slept very well) though a bit of a squeeze to get in the en-suite facilities; close to the activities we followed in the area and good value for money at a peak season Bank Holiday. Convenient car park and close to bus stops and restaurants and easy to reach other attractions in the vicinity.

No "negatives": would be very happy to return.

Friendly and helpful welcome and very clean. Relaxed atmosphere whilst being organised. Free car parking and in a quiet area.

Quite a long walk to the beach/shops etc.
