I liked the comfortable bed and the Hot tub. The breakfast was low end quality. Cold, per se, not a problem but then fresh bread, good quality meats, homemade marmalade is a must. Too many artificial flower arrangements - none needed.

Really well kept, clean, good facilities and great variety for breakfast. Plenty of parking and the hostess was really lovely and helpful. A good base to explore the south downs. Also good as a stop over if you are getting the ferry or have just arrived by ferry. It was located a little out of town and the closest pub/restaurant was 15 minutes walk away. Fine if you have a car, but it would have been nicer to be closer to the shops and pubs etc.

The copious and original breakfast. In addition, it was very quiet. We were slightly concerned that the windows in the room were locked and we couldn't find a key. A potential problem in the event of a fire perhaps?

Excellent welcome, spotlessly clean, superb facilities, huge and wonderful super King size bed with lovely bedlinen - if you don't sleep well on this bed you need help! - and a breakfast fit for a king with a wonderful selection of cheese, fruit, charcuterie, little samosa type savouries, egg, breads and good coffee a feast and so good for anyone diabetic as lots of food 'sans sucre' ie sugar free They need to get sign posts in town and at the end of the road indicating how to find it as we got lost and had to ask several people before finding it, but it's worth finding and once in the road the house is well indicated with an illuminated 120 sign
