The owner Anna was very nice and kind. She went out of her way to help my mom and I and it was very appreciated. The breakfast was pleasant, and well cooked, and everyone (it was full) seems to enjoy it. I would certainly suggest this venue for someone on a budget or for a company looking for somewhere to 'house' staff in the area overnight. Very near to marina and some nice take- away places for dinner. The plumbing was a bit loud and made a few funny noises, but nothing too untoward. There is only one parking space at the back, and it's a very small space, so don't try to get in if you have a big car!

despite the room size, the facilities in the room have absolutely nothing to be complained about. all new and clean. we booked a triple room and there was a single bed and a bunk bed in the room. well my first time experience with bunk bed, it was fun, but the bed itself was rather small. the b&b description said it has parking places, which are in fact just some roadside parking. when we arrived they were all been taken. the reception guy took us to a public parking which doesn't charge late at night but will charge from 8 in the morning. it was all fine to us at that time. however, in hindsight, the thing annoyed us the most was after he took us to the room, he asked whether we'd like to order full english for 8 pound/person and we said no. and he deliberately didn't mention anything about other breakfast options (which were included in the rate we paid!). we thought at the time there were no other breakfast since he didn't mention, and we didn't have breakfast there. although its not so big a matter since I suspect no other guests will be as stupid as us to think its normal that a b&b doesn't provide free breakfast, it just made the experience unpleasant when we recalled their small cost-cutting regime like this.
