Very clean, comfortable and I love the location

When I paid by cash was asked for photo id, very bazaar

Staff great, beefeater restaraunt great, near m4 - convenient location

Room was way too hot! There was no air conditioning so had to sleep with window open but then it was too noisy!

Pubic hair in the bath, scum marks on tiles, and cleaner chucking my full bottle of conditioner away :-(

The room was excellent and the breakfast was superb and good value for money.

I am sorry but there was not a thing we didn't like.

Heating could not be turned down.... We roasted during the night

I cant think of anything besides the staff in the beefeater who were lovely.

Room heating couldnt be adjusted. Room to hot for a good nights sleep. Room allocated was a single for one adult and two children. I was asked to pay more than the agreed price. I was charged for breakfast even though I had paid for inclusive breakfast. Eventually given a double bed and one single for two children and myself.

The bed was comfortable

Awful smell from the bathroom - smell of sewer. Since we arrived very late (due to my work), I didn't have the energy to get another room. But this is a serious problem that you need to look into - room no. 214

Decor of rooms was modern, lovely choice of colours and large and comfy.

Bathroom had no heating.

Cheap & cheerful. Good proximity to restaurant.

Felt I was being questioned by the member of staff on reception as to why I had booked a double room as we were 2 women. Myself & my girlfriend have never experienced this at any other hotel we have stayed in. It would put me off staying at this particular Premier Inn again.

The reception area it needed a more welcoming ambience. The staff were excellent.

The premier inn Newport was clean. Rooms were large for room with two adults and one child. Bed was extremely connfortable. Had an excellent nights sleep. Would high recommend

Booked a night for my daughters wedding night as a surprise, she was delighted. Also had a disabled friendly room, which was convenient.

Despite being very close to the Motorway and slip roads there was very little traffic noise. The Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. The room was clean and tidy and had all the facilities of more expensive hotels. Breakfast was good value and was provided at the Beefeater next door. There was also a Macdonalds onsite. Overall a very pleasant stay.

There were no play facilities nearby for Children. A small playground outside or some seating would be a good addition to a very good Hotel.

Excellent value for money . rooms very comfortable and spotless. i had ran into a bit of bother with my car and was travelling alone with small kids. the receptionist GIll could not have been any more helpful or friendly. she put me at ease and looked up car hire and train times, prices etc for me and i really appreciated it.

Basically just off m4 only stayed for business and picked it due to 24 hr reception it was the usual standard premier inn hotel which in my opinion is normally very good. Was working in newport next day wouldnt normally pay £70 a night but couldnt check in anywhere else at 0330 in morning also the late check out 1200 helped.
