All very good, and convenient for the ferry. Will stay again when we go to Dieppe.
Noi comment, all good.
The most courteous and helpful staff!
The "bottle neck" door between reception and the corridors and stairs to the rooms, probably required to reduce the risk of fire.
Big,clean room with good facilities
The bathroom was really dirty. Did not want to let my son sit in the bath. :(
Convenient, eat within walking distance. Staff were very helpful at all stages.
Considerate staff.Excellent room for disabled near to reception.Tasty English breakfast.Having the room till 12:00was perfect after a long drive back in France.having a clothes washing service.
Finding the hotel in the dark is a major challenge ! Double the price of B&Bs in France.
Clean, good heating, clean towels. Super tv
The heavy footed residents in the room above
Good location for ferry port
No lift, no air conditioning in room.
Good standard of accommodation
Very hot bedroom without any way of lowering the temp,
The room was spacious and the bed very welcoming and comfortable. I achieved the legendary good nights sleep. The room was very clean and facilities very good. The nearby Brewers Fayre served good food.
The cost of £90 for room only was, for early September, very expensive.
Reception staff could not have been more helpful and obliging. The location of the inn is excellent for the ferry, and grocery shopping, being next door to Sainsbury's.
We have been before and have found the staff friendly and helpful. The food is good at the restaurant and the staff very courteous and friendly.
We had a three night break. Thursday night was fine. Saturday and Sunday was awful the noise from above was very noisy. Sunday morning the noise started before daylight. Had to get up at 7 am. Was hoping for a lay in. Travelled home feeling tired. We had a 3 hour journey.
Cleanliness and pleasant and polite staff
The fact we were woken up at 4.45 due to the people above us walking up and down getting ready to go running and then returning and then walking up and down again. On our return from France a few days later, we had someone mowing the lawn directly under our window at around 8 in the morning.
Staff tried their best. The porridge was nice and creamy.
If it couldn't be screwed down it wasn't there! No hair dryer, static shower, room was bare and soul-less. Breakfast next door was OK but late out, with tough sausages and tasteless eggs.
The Premier Inn itself - The room, tv, cleanliness , staff. Lovely and quiet, location easy to find and close to travel links and main roads.
This pi was attached to a Brewers Fayre restaurant that are supposed to provides the all you can eat breakfast. Apart from weekends, they cook to order only, which is not like the buffet style at other PI'S. They also do not have enough staff so there was a queue out of the door on Sunday morning. On the Monday morning, even tho hardly anyone in, there was no coffee, no cups, no white sugar and not a cooked buffet. Totally sub standard for £8.75 each!!!!! Other meals in there were tasteless and over priced and I would not bother with the Take Away option as again, totally over priced. Advise, take your own grub and go else where for breakfast!
Beds as a family room, there were two camp, beds for children which was bonus. Last time we stayed it was mattresses on the floor with not much room to manoeuvre. Bathroom Didn't have meals but restaurant looked very nice.
Price was £87 for one night, this for a hotel in a retail park at the back of a Sainsbury store. You can not be serious, but sadly you are. I cancelled my booking for the return trip from France and drove home saving myself £89 this time!!!
The staff had been very helpful to store our bicycles.
bus to Brighton nearby
pub not too wonderful next door. Stuffy room (took my own much lighter duvet,as sheet not enough and duvet much too hot) Have stayed here before so knew about this.
every thing especially the restaurant and the pub staff are very helpful and kind
There was no fuss. Staff allowed us to put bikes in our rooms, which was very helpful indeed as the bikes are very expensive and we weren't happy letting them out of our sight. Everything worked. Everything was clean and we got a good rest and a reasonable sleep before lots and lots of fabulous cycling in France. The site here is not the best- behind a Sainsbury's superstore and we thought quite easy to miss, especially if you've just cycled 50 odd miles and are tired or it's night time for example. However, once there, everything was made as easy for us as possible and we eat at their restaurant too which was certainly okay for quality, value for money and service- the young staff there as at the Inn, were very helpful, well trained and hard working. From our point of view, as it is so close to the Ferry port, it was ideal for our purpose. I would not recommend breakfast there though if you're cycling, just get on that big boat and eat on the DFDS line Ferry, much more fun and we thought, better grub too- you can have a cognac with your coffee for a start which set me up a treat for the Avenue Verte, once out of Dieppe.
We had two rooms between 6 of us, pretty comfortable and room enough on the whole but we all felt our rooms were somewhat airless and rather too warm and stuffy. Bear in mind there was 3 of us in each room, though, so that will have contributed.
Room was standard Premier, comfortable & clean.
Only used room to sleep for one night. after attending a wedding reception. Room was no 3 on ground floor. Late check in, early check out. Not sure about location or anything else for that matter.
