The staff, friendly !!!!! The breakfast not as good as it once was. baked beans definitely under the lights for too long! Insipid poached eggs and both of us walked away from the breakfast. We were very disappointed after singing the praises of Premier Inn Newhaven, especially their breakfast service. We shall not be eating there again. We shall recommend the bed / overnight facilities but NOT the breakfast.

Staff were excellent Rooms large, clean & comfortable If we had booked directly through Premier Inn Newhaven we would have been offered a Meal Deal...as we had an evening meal & breakfast this would have saved us a bit of money!!

Very quiet clean room which was fab for getting my two year old to sleep! The bath was also a real treat at the end of a four hour car journey whilst being 7 months pregnant! Price of the room was too much considering breakfast wasn't included! If breakfast was included within the price, and not at an additional charge of £8.25 pp, which is ridiculous, the hotel stay would have been fantastic.

It was better then we thought it would be. Meals at The Drove next door were excellent value for money. Staff friendly and helpful. The fire alarm going off at 01.15 Christmas morning. That was a lovely wake up call. Thought Father Christmas had got stuck down the chimney.
