The location was amazing and the staff very helpful.

We were in a room on the ground floor near the reception which was at times noisy but for the value it was not too bad to complain as it only occurred at peak times.

Staff were very friendly & helpful and facilitated every aspect of our stay, booking bus tour tickets, offering to book theatre tickets and finally arranging bus shuttle to Heathrow airport for us. Nothing was a problem.

Easy access to the tube. Nice neiberhood.

Basic breakfast. Extrimelly slow elevator to the floors.

It is located near underground stations and in a region full of bars and resturants. I had minimum difficulty with finding what I required.

The room was too small. It could be quite fine if the room had a mini bar or even a very small reftigerator. I wonder if they had satellite TV becauase I only watched a few channels from UK only! I think that a small toothpaste for each gust is required in such fine hotel!

It was very modern and staff was very helpful. It was well situated.

The breakfast was very poor. There was a bad damp smell in the room.

I really liked the location,quiet and nice neighborhood but very close to the centre of london!

Location close to subways and buses

Needed air conditioning, bath facility dangerous no hand rails to get out of bath/shower.
