My hotel room was quiet, spacious and very aesthetically pleasing My room was a little too cold. Perhaps the heating should have been on longer, but i would definitely return to the hotel |

nice location (residential quartier), about 7 minutes walking to the nearest tube station (bayswater which was Zone 1) the receptionist was unhelpful (for example, we asked for a restaurant nearby and they didn't know) |

quiet and decoration of the room It was a small room but understandable in London. The breakfast was very basic but the coffee was ok. |

The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful in giving us directions on how to use the tube/train. Bathroom very clean. comfortable bed. Nice location, everything was O.K. But the room was very small. We could hardly place 2 luggages on the floor and took turns in moving around the room as the 2 luggages were blocking the space. Not much room left to stretch out. |

Just 5 minutes walk to Quensway tube station and not far from historical centre. Kindly staff, lagguage room, free WiFi, calm district. Room is small, but it doesn`t matter if you spend whole day out and come only to sleep. |

The location is great. Quiet area, close to the center. WIFI is very good. Room is clean and not as small as the usual London hotel room. It is a 3star hotel. There is no minibar or restaurant. If you need a bottle of water in the middle of the night, you need to go out and find an open shop (which may be tough). |

location, friendly staff, clean, tidy, The room I was in (on the lower floor) was a bit noisy, either the heating system or air con system - there was a constant drone |

I liked the hotel design room. Very nice colurs, bedsheet and specially the bath room. We did not like the narrow steps and the place of our room, on the basement area... |

Lovely room, very quiet, helpful and friendly staff, very close to our venue for the weekend We had a 'suite', but there was only one upright chair - surely a suite should have an armchair at least? Our friends had an executive double room and they had a little sofa! It was also a bit warm, despite the heating radiator being off. |

The location of the hotel was perfect - connections to the city centre with just a short walk to get to the nearest bus stop and underground. Location was also ideal for enjoyable walks in Kensington gardens. The hotel was tastefully decorated without going over the top. And the staff were very friendly and helpful and fun to chat with! Would go there again any time. There are 2 things that I would change - firstly the breakfast was below standard for such a hotel - no fresh fruit and cheese and sliced meats were from packets! Yuk! No hot breakfasts were on offer and the general layout of the breakfast buffet was dismal - done without feeling. Just more or less thrown on the shelf. But that said the breakfast staff were always friendly. And you wont starve. There are promises that this is to improve in the near future - hopefully without an increase in price!!!! Secondly having no shower doors was a complete disaster - glass doors will have to be installed - having a shower in Room 206 meant water all over the place - very annoying for guests as I am sure for the poor cleaning staff!! |

Location is perfect My room was in the Basement, that was a little bit frustrating. Room was very small and I found couple of long black hair in the Toilet and the bed. |

Small but perfectly formed bedrooms! High quality finish. Wooden floors in the bedrooms meant I could hear people clattering around. |

Nice hotel in good location between two major underground lines. Nice and helpful staff. Small but clean room and unexpected quiet. Breakfast is okay but nothing fancy. The bathroom was very small. The storage of bags (after checkout but before departure) was the only thing that seemed unprofessional and should be improved. |

Clean and quiet. Fine if you don't mind about small spaces. Breakfast is ok but fresh fruit would be a nice option. It is not a 4 star hotel. The room was incredibly small. You will be in trouble if you have more than one small bag... There is no door for the bathroom and no shower curtain, so the floor was flooded each time I had a bath... |

The staff are terrific; friendly, polite & efficient. My room was comfortable & the ensuite was spotlessly clean. The Continental breakfast was served buffet-style & it was excellent. There was a choice of meats, cheese, yogurts, cereals, croissants & bread rolls, juices, etc. Fresh toast was served at your table on request. The location of the hotel is perfect - about 5 minutes walk from Bayswater Underground station. This is a minor quibble for me, as I was a solo traveller, but it might be a problem for a couple. The room - 380 - is tiny & made even tinier by the TWO, narrow, single beds that are pushed together. I noted it is termed a double bed room by the hotel, but I think they should remove one of the beds & make it a proper single room. To get to the second bed you have to climb over the first, there is only about eight inches of floor space between the first bed & the wall unit & the wardrobe is miniscule. Again, it's fine for one person for a night or two, but two people would literally be falling over each other. |
