Very clean and the hotel is nicely decorated. Good value for money and the staff were excellent and very friendly. The rooms could do with air conditioning especially when it is hot in summer in London as the room was too warm despite a ceiling fan |

Fantastic small hotel in lovely location of Bayswater - very near to tube but great pubs and restaurants near by. The room is modern and tastefully decorated but basic. It was very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again as great value for money. |

Hotel was modern, attractive, and quite comfortable. Enjoyed having a breakfast buffet rather than full English breakfast - the buffet was excellent. |

The spot is convenient for turism. And at the same time it is a quiet place. There was a leak in our bathroom. |

Mostly friendly and accommodating staff. Bathroom in my parents room was amazingly tiny and it was complicated to go to the toilet. Our room one did not have any shower curtains or doors and that was a bit uncomfortable. Also toilet did not flush very well. Could have been more warm food for breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon etc). Elevator was very slow :) |

It was in a quiet area with good transport links to centre. Quite a few restaurants within easy walking distance and also close to Portobello Road market. |

The staff of this hotel is very friendly and helpful. I stayed for five days and had no complains. Rooms are small in London but I use my room only for sleeping. what I liked was that the rooms were clean and nice decorated, no carpet on the floors or walls what I like more as I have a allergy. Breakfast was good but if the hotel pretends to have four stars they could just offer a bit more...but it was fairly good value for money. My friend had a double room in the basement and that felt a bit as a punishment but we did not worry about that. I advise when you stay for more than one day that you ask for a room on one of the floors! |

being in Bayswater The esperience was terrible. The pictures of the rooms do not match with the room that they offer you. It cannot be classified as design hotel as said in the hotel description. room was small and furniture unacceptable. Breakfast was poor. |

The hotel was in a great location (an easy 10 minute walk from the Bayswater tube). The staff were friendly and helpful. The internet worked well and was free. For the price, it was excellent. The room was very small but servicable. You could hear everything that was going on in the halls and the rooms around but it seemed quiet at night. The breakfast was minimal - no hot selection. |

Luggage storage could be more systematic. Currently, guests are not issued receipts when they leave their luggage with the hotel, upon check-out. |

The hotel is located in a very nice area close to the Bayswater tube station. The rooms are rather small but equipped with everything one needs. Breakfast in the form of a buffet was better than I expected. |

The friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a quiet but well placed location for shops, restaurants, car parking (10 minutes walk) and public transport. |

The triple room I stayed in was comfortable, clean and quiet. It was quite warm in the room but there was a ceiling fan which helped. The continental breakfast was more than adequate and the service was good. The hairdrier was on it's last legs and needed replacing asap as it could become a health hazard, particularly as there are potentially three users! There were no toiletries available and no shower curtain/screen which meant water was showered all over the bathroom |

The staff were friendly and approachable - I really liked the deco of the hotel and the cleanliness. I would stay at the hotel again. The rooms were a little small for a twin or double but functional. |
