お値段は高くないのに部屋が広くて清潔。バスルームの照明やジャグジーが素敵でした。朝食をとる際、スタッ- フのきびきびした働き様には感心しました。とても満足しました。 住所を検索して探した地図の場所と実際のホテルの場所が違い、タクシーで降ろされた場所は一般の住宅でした- 。幸いすぐ見えるところにホテルがありましたが、到着時が雨降りだったので大変でした。 |

朝食も食パンの他にクロワッサンなどもあり、チーズやハムがありおいしい。他フレークやヨーグルトなどもあ- り満足です。 トイレやシャワーの調子も良く、綺麗だった。ただ、勘違いしてバスタブがあるものかと思って期待していた分- 、なくて残念。やっぱり夜はゆっくり湯につかりたくなりますね。 |

閑静な住宅街の中にあり、とても静かな環境です。また地下鉄の駅が近くに３つあって便利です。部屋は狭かっ- たのですが、清潔で快適でした。部屋に時計はなく、モーニングコールをフロントに頼まなくてはなりません。- スタッフは皆感じがよかったです。ロンドンのホテル事情の中ではコストパフォーマンスはいいほうだと思いま- した。 |

コンパクトできれい。静か。周りにショッピングできるところがある。 1人部屋に宿泊したがちょっとせまい？（ロンドンのホテルで安い料金では適正なのかもしれないが・・・）駅- からちょっと歩く。 |

Like all budget London hotels the rooms are small. The hotel however has friendly staff, is very clean and has an excellent location. It is good value for money. |

New furniture and design. Staff friendly. Poor sound isolation in the room, for the breakfast there was no egs promissed in the overview on Bookings.com. |

I thought the hotel was great. Good value for money with an excellent location. The staff were friendly and efficient. I called and one of the staff gave me the wrong directions to get to the hotel. The room was also a little small. |

My hotel room was quiet, spacious and very aesthetically pleasing My room was a little too cold. Perhaps the heating should have been on longer, but i would definitely return to the hotel |

The room was beautifully finished and very clean. The shower in the bathroom was great! The internet was fast and I had not problems using it. The flat screen tv was a nice touch. The staff were able to arrange for me to have an early breakfast as I had to leave before 7:30 A.M. Location is near some very nice restaurants, especially Greek and Lebanese. Also 2 tube stations close by. It's a very quiet residential area that seems quite safe at night. It's very small so if you value big areas outside your room to relax in, this isn't the place for you. If all you care about is the room, this is perfect and very reasonable. |

nice location (residential quartier), about 7 minutes walking to the nearest tube station (bayswater which was Zone 1) the receptionist was unhelpful (for example, we asked for a restaurant nearby and they didn't know) |

In the second day of our stayed they didnt clean the room!! It is not fair, and the room was so small!! We had a horrible experience there. |

The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful in giving us directions on how to use the tube/train. Bathroom very clean. comfortable bed. Nice location, everything was O.K. But the room was very small. We could hardly place 2 luggages on the floor and took turns in moving around the room as the 2 luggages were blocking the space. Not much room left to stretch out. |
