Score from 1522 reviews Very good
good breakfast, clean bathroom, good room service (fresh towels every day)
were not informed about different breakfast times weekend - weekdays that´s why we missed breakfast --> staff didn´t really matter of that, noisy, uninviting district
The breakfast and the staff.
There was no hand washing soap, there was one hand towel and one bath towel between 2 of us. The bathroom was very small and not user friendly.
Room was excellent standard for London hotels generally in this price range
A little too far away from tubes and pubs etc Whilst room was good it was accessed by separate entrance - found someone sleeping on stairs one evening which was a little disturbing
very friendly staff, nice room, badthroom,15 min walking from tube stations, walking distance from Camden. Good breakfast and facilities.
you can hear the traffic outside.
Room needed updating
Very comfortable bed - shower/ bathroom a decent size and everything worked well. Very handy for central London - pity there were no nice restaurants/ coffee shops close by/ in walking distance. Nice continental breakfast served in the pub next door.
I was initially out off by the internal, narrow stairs and a stained carpet - feared the worst. However, the room more than made up for that initial view. Probably a bit pricey for a single person but for a couple a good deal.
The staff were super helpful and polite. They changed our room with no quibbles when there was an issue with the bed and the breakfast was lovely with lots of choice.Rooms were very clean too :)
The traffic outside made it impossible to get to sleep easily, I live in the countryside though so this may not bother other people. Rooms are hot as there is no aircon. Bathrooms are small
Rooms very clean & up to date. The bar is a lovely place for a drink. Staff nice & friendly.
For the price of the room a cooked breakfast should have been on offer as well as the minimal continental one we had. Bit of a walk from the tube.
Breakfast was amazing!!!! Friendly staff, let us use there phone multiple times. Delicious food downstairs. Would definitely stay there again. Close to the amazing Camden Markets.
Street was a bit noisy at night, not too bad though.
near the hotel is tire service and the smell comes into the rooms
It was a 10 minute walk from kings cross and a 15 minute walk to Camden market. The staff were polite and the room clean and comfortable. The only observation I had was the ensuite shower room was a bit limited space wise so you wouldn't want to spend too much time in it but other than that we had no complaints especially for the money.
Excellent pub, good wifi
Newly refurnished, central location
No lift, have to drag luggage up to four floors
Having read good reviews of the new market ale house we thought we would give it a go. Glad we did it was great. The staff are so helpful and polite. The pub below was nice and clean. As for the room which was basic but very comfy. Had the continental breakfast(which is included in the price) 3 different types of croissants, cereals, yogurts, cheeses, hams, boiled eggs, toast, and hot drinks. All of which were freshly made. Give it a go.
Only negative was the 10-15 minutes walk to central London but that is a small negative. Buses run regularly but make sure you've got an oyster card or a contactless debit card as you can't pay cash on them (weird).
good location excellent breakfast good bar dacant wifi
- They apply an extra charge of 3.5% if you pay by using credit/debit card. - Aplican un 3,5% extra si se paga con tarjeta.
In need of a coat of paint in the rooms. Found 'old' chips under the bed
Location. Staff very helpful and polite. The Italian man extremely nice and helpful. His gaelic very good too!
Outside appearance a little offputting.
Very friendly and hospitable cleaning staff! Room was clean and nice, although the shower was a bit small.
The 274 bus route ran straight outside the B&B & goes straight into Camden Town and the opposite way into Angel and runs until midnight! Secure door with code to get into late at night Bedroom and Bathroom very clean Nice continental breakfast with lots of variety
No fan / aircon in bedroom so had to leave window open to cool the room down when you sleep because triple room was situated on the main road so noise from the traffic was loud.
The cleanliness of the place.
location was good, was easy to get buses into town.
heat in room made it unbearable to sleep and there was only a small fan which was no good. bathroom was tiny and breakfast was poor not a lot of choice.
Most places in London on the weekend of the Emirates cup was 150 quid a night this was half the price and is located in a great place not far from arsenals ground kings cross and camden.
Travelling up 3 flights of stairs after a few pints lol
Staff let us check in a little early, were very accommodating with our requests. The room was good for a one night stay and very reasonable for centre of London. Great transport links by bus and the breakfast was huge and really varied.
Not much! For the price it was the best you can get
