The staff were excellent, the food very good. Cleanliness excellent.
I had a lovely big room with a super king bed. However the mattress was uncomfortable and I could feel the gap between the two mattresses. Pillows were hard as well.
Friendly staff Value for money Happy hour set u
Eating options not too my taste
Upgraded to superior at no extra cost. Room very spacious and warm. Bathroom lovely. Staff very courteous and helpful.
Car park bit of a squeeze
Information and advice from staff was excellent. Bed was extremely comfortable
Room and some of the surfaces were a little tired - particularly carpet - could do with a refurb
The environment is really good with good restaurants and supermarket. The service is great. The room temperature is good!
Can't think of much. The only problem is the distance between metro and hotel is a bit far.
Everything bar the noise folk , can't fault hotel
Noise folk congratulations home late at night
We were given a complimentary upgrade upon arrival and when we got to our room it was very elligant with a full frontal view of osbourne road. The staff were very helpful and we were made to feel as though they were there for just us. Very nice and will definitely recommend this hotel to others and will be back!!!
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Scalinis restaurant next door serves lovely food, the service again was excellent, good value for money and we didn't have to leave the hotel on a cold winters evening when we were shattered! Excellent choice at breakfast too.
Parking in this area of Jesmond isn't great and there aren't a lot of parking spaces in the hotel car park.
Loved the hotel. Staff were really friendly. Bar and resturant were lovely
Bed was too soft for me
Helpful and friendly staff, comfy beds and tasty restaurant and breakfast.
Having to leave!
fridge in rooms. size and décor of rooms. tea and coffee facilities location of hotel.
my room was above the 99 Bar and therefore loud music was playing until 11pm through the floor so for those who wanted an early night would have been totally annoying. I think they should tell you when booking if you are going to be above the bar, however I presume that is why I had a cheap rate.
The room we stayed in there was a cold draft coming from both windows, which you could not stop and the aircon units were directly outside the windows to so they where making noise all night
Cosy hotel with a great location and minutes from downtown Newcastle. Would stay again for sure.
The environment is quite good
I was upgraded to a double room when I had booked a single which I thought was very nice of the staff to do for me bed was comfortable and the hotel was situated close to area I was visiting staff were polite and helpful
The proximity to nightlife and the town centre
All the staff were polite and helpful.
The only negative aspect is the limited amount of parking.
Staff, restaurant, room, good decorative order, great big bath and spacious bathroom, easy free parking.
My room was exposed to some noise from kitchen ventilation fans.
Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Clean room. Good location.
The showers were awful in room 126
Helpful staff, nice bathroom, confy bed, good restaurants nearby
No gym or pool, no complementary snacks wvwn in the most expensive rooms
We had an enjoyable New Years Eve stay. The restaurant was excellent and we were looked after very well by Steph on reception.
We had to be downgraded from a superior room but it didn't spoil the break for us
Lay back helpful staff, clean, comfortable and quality rooms
Shame the local bars/pubs all closed at 11pm at the weekend
Bed was heavenly. Curtains heavy & excellent blackouts. Large spacious luxurious room. Bathroom large. Contemporary decor. Warm & cosy room even on bitterly cold nights. Italian restaurant serving nice food & lively trendy bar downstairs but no noise from either in bedroom
Barking dog in corridor Wardrobe obscures TV No full length mirror
