The staff were very helpful and the location was ideal for exploring both Newcastle and the coastal areas via the Metro. |

Great location for exploring Newcastle, set in a clean and attractive suburb for eating out, bars and restaurants and close to the nearest Metro station. There was nothing that we didn't like. |

friendly service, convenience for visiting students, good breakfast, parking, easy access to choice of two in house restaurants. pleasant outside siiting areas. easy travel into city without city prices. close to Metro. difficulty in controling hot water in shower. very small and not easily accessable, from receptiom, lift. sound proofing. |

The hotel is in a great location in Jesmond where there aew plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and tidy and just what you would expect from the price. The car parking area on the backstreet of the hotel is limited, I was lucky to find a space. |

Friendly,helpful staff, clean and fully functional room, central location.Value for money was o.k. More T.V channels, better bedside lighting.More car parking space,as it took a while and 3 blocks away to find a place to leave my vehicle. |

the location and the style of the room the size of the room and when i booked this room it told me it was a king size bed however it was not, it ended up being two beds put together. |

Friendly staff lively restaurant good location. Noisy lift apparatus from 5am. Moved room but noisy party in next room to 4am no answer from reception or other extensions when rung with this problem. |

For a four star spa hotel I was very disapointed, I was put in a huge room (in need of updating), great, except the heating was non existant and then moved to a very nice updated room, why do hotels put you in rubbish rooms when nice ones are empty? Poor sevice in the bar/resturant, limited choice on bar menu, expensive resturant, no parking, won't be going back! |

Bright sunny decor, good location for bars and restaurants. We had a pleasant meal in the Hotel's Italian restaurant. Couldn't book for two nights because of the Great North Run on the same weekend as returning students to University! |
