New Northumbria Hotel

l'hôtel est très bien placé. Petit déjeuner parfait. Et le restaurant le soir est vraiment très bien.

- l'accueil. Si il n'y avait pas d'hôtesse à l'accueil, on ne verrait pas la différence. La moindre des choses et de dire "bonjour, au revoir, merci". - L'hôtel est assez vieillot, l'intérieur (couloir, chambres, moquettes, tapisseries...) a besoin d'un sérieux rafraîchissement. Certaines chambres très bruyantes.

Grande chambre confortable et calme, accueil agréable, service professionnel de bonne qualité, possibilités de distractions (bar, pub, terrasse, etc)

Impossibilité de lire due à la mauvaise disposition et à la faiblesse des éclairages de chevet.

The rooms are a good size, nicely decorated, pleasant.

The breakfast wasn't up to much, there was a crack in the sink, the shower leaked and the lights didn't work, but everythinkg else was fine.

very comfortable rooms, good bathroom. excellent breakfast. Nice restaurant.Good location for bars and shops.

When we came back to the room after breakfast our door was wide open and the cleaners were in. It was not as though we were late as it was only just after9am. We felt this was not on and after five minutes the cleaners offered to leave.We had clothes and personal effects around the room which we were sorting out after breakfast.

The efficient reception staff and its convenience to the principal museums which were the focus of my trip.

Lift extremely small room for 1 person and 2 cases only

The room was clean even though the fixtures and fittings were dated.It was just outside the city and there were lots of good eating places in the vicinity.

We were at the back of the hotel and the air conditioning/extractor unit was below our window. It was a little intrusive/ smelly. The room furnishings were a little dated.The staff at breakfast were a bit miserable.

Breakfast was poor. The english breakfast came with no choice of eggs and a thing that was supposed to be a sausage - but this was questionable

Need more light for shaving in the bathroom

Reasonable size room + storage; convenient location with parking;good breakfast; some helpful, friendly staff.

Some reception staff offhand and not very informative; noisy bathroom fan; bedside light switches only on one side.

Great location, nice disctrict, quite young and seem to be the area where mosts students start their night out. Nice breakfast

Very noisy. We were on the 1st floor, on street view. No double-glazing. So you better bring your ear plugs really as the hotel is located on a main street, so lots of cars and is surrounded of bars etc..
