I booked two twin rooms and when I checked in one of the rooms was actually a suite! Both rooms were of a high standard. Nothing, we had a lovely stay.

Very informative yet friendly staff, public areas, location & comfy bed. Very small bedroom, shower curtain. Louis' restaurant was closed and heavy maintenance taking place on staircase below our bedroom, 7pm on a Sunday?

Very spacious room, modern, comfortable, clean. Had a nice feel to the room, liked the layout and decor. All staff very friendly and helpful. No Lift!

The location was good Terrible room in an attic type place! Very rude staff, and was told if I was a minute late checking out I would have to pay £50.00 The staff were just so rude!

The staff were excellent. They went out their way to ensure that we got two rooms as they did not get the paperwork in relation to my booking. Iwas thankful that I had brought my confirming e-mail with me.

Excellent location, well appointed hotel close to city centre. Comfortable and with helpful and efficient staff. Main road so front rooms a bit noisy but you are either in the mix or not.

Location The room was awful nothing like shown in the pictures when booked, very dated not modern at all. Huge extractor fan outside of window made a noise all night no sleep at all. Will not stay again.
