Premier Inn Newquay (A30/Fraddon)

The staff were exceptional especially Abbé and Christine. Nothing was too much trouble

I made the booking on booking.com and although I booked for three adults I was told that the room could not be shared with my 22 year old daughter. The staff fixed this but there was no distinction on the booking format to change this.

Ease of location, clean & friendliness of staff.

Only 1 hand towel in the room and there were 2 adults in my party!

We had a lovely 2 night stay here, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for our needs and the location was ideal

The only critisism I have is, we would have liked to stay an extra night but when we enquired they wanted almost as much for the extra night as we paid for the 2 nights and they didn't even need to change the bed. So we went somewhere else

My wife requires a room for the disabled and there was only 1 chair in the room. Luckily I could sit on the bed but another chair or facility to seat 2 people would be useful. What if both of us were disabled??????????????

The staff from the minute we walked though the door could not do enough for us. Everybody smiled and was very friendly to our whole family and was always asking if we needed anything. We could not fault the staff in anyway they were brilliant. the rooms were clean and comfortable and we had a great stay.

the pillows were too soft,the tv was too low & screen to small,ithe tv needs to be on the wall but with a bigger screen,also we had no itv1.

The warm friendly greetings from all members of staff from reception to those servicing the rooms. When greeted by the morning staff on reception, we were asked if we slept well. We related what's in the box below, and were advised of their 'guarantee' for a good nights sleep and we were promptly refunded one of the booking fees.

This was out of the control of the staff, however, there was a very heavy footed guest in the room above our room, who continually 'stomped' backwards and forwards across the floor from 11.30pm until 2am in the morning. And stated again about 6am, therefore resulted in very sleep for us.

Room was big and comfortable, good value for money.

Central Cornwall location.

Clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

The purpose of the stay here was a central base for visiting local attractions. It was ideal for that. The room was nice, just a little noisy @ night with cars messing around in a car park right behind the hotel :-(. The staff were very friendly and Millie was particularly informative about places to go in the area. The pub next door was one of the best cheaper 2 eat/family friendly pubs that we've been to. Good stay.

The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Towels were changed daily if required and the beds made. The child bed was comfortable and long enough for my 5'10" 'little' boy. The staff were absolutely LOVELY, both at the Premier Inn and the Brewer's Fayre next door, which catered for our mealtimes. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Always pleasant, always smiling, going out of their way to be helpful, well presented, clean and hygienic around the food - I could not find fault if I tried. Honestly. An outstanding budget hotel, the staff of which treated our family impeccably. We would definitely stay there again!

The staff were friendly when we arrived.

The mattresses were too hard. I stayed with two others and we all had the worst nights sleep ever!!!!! I was going to say something on the way out but no one seemed to be bothered enough to listen!! It does state that if you do not have a great nights sleep with premier inn, you get your money back. However I have replied to this and one other email before and nothing seems to be done.

Kind and friendly

Very friendly staff. Reasonably comfortable. Premier Inn breakfasts are the best value anywhere and are generally top quality. It has 2 winners - porridge and tinned tomatoes!

Doesn't compare too favourably with the more modern Premier Inns which are absolutely first class. Needs a make over to include auto check-in which is great at other locations. Breakfast on one of the days was congealed and horrible. The other days it was the usual top quality and value.

Brerwers Farye was 10 mins late opening in the morning

The en suite is basically not available in many B & B places in this area, this is why we chose yourselves.

I dont like the way you advertise rooms at £25 when you have more chance of winning the lottery than getting a room at this price where you want to go, not a very good advert for an otherwise good product.

I travelled alone from Kent to visit friends in St Column & Nephew in Helston. (Train to Exeter/hire car from Exeter). The Premier Inn(s) were well located, easy to find and the welcome I received made me feel happy and safe. Girls on reception were very friendly. Thank you'

Ottima la posizione per girare la Cornovaglia. Personale disponibilissimo e gentile, attenzione per i bambini. Parcheggio. Ottima colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ultimi due giorni la colazione era sevita al tavolo e non a buffet.
