reception staff extremely helpful

All of the staff were very courteous, particularly in the restaurant. You have a young trainee (I think his name was Sam), who is very good - take him on ! We had a problem with the hot water during our stay, but it wasn't a big issue for us because of the friendliness of the staff. This was one of the better Premier Inn hotel we have stayed in.

It was convenient, value for money and functional. While the rooms offer no frills, they are clean and well maintained and they were able to accommodate an adult and three small children.

It was not the most beautiful location, and there was nothing to offer children outside the room or restaurant. The reception desk quoted the wrong rate initially, there seemed to be no link to the booking having been made through booking.com.

Quality of the food at the attached restaurant was poor. Typically a microwave heated meal with over cooked chips. Breakfast was not much better. I was at breakfast around 0710 and they had run out of orange juice. Probably the worst Premier Inn that I have stayed at.

Convenient, comfortable and close to the A30 ~ nice bathroom with good shower and fluffy towels ~ friendly receptionist and plenty of parking ~ useful lift to all floors.

Sadly the restaurant was not a good experience and in our view fails to adequately support the hotel ~ the restaurant service was dreadful and the food on offer not much better ~ we had a simple meal which took over two hours to complete ~ having complained about such a long wait we were offered a free sweet as compensation which we didn't want ~ what we had selected from the menu arrived at the table in a different format, the "special chunky chips" were very ordinary chips and soggy. The restaurant staff were very young and inexperienced, they seemed ready to agree with guests that the service and food was not to a good standard. All a great shame as the overnight accommodation was good. We couldn't face risking the breakfast the next morning so left and found a local tea room which was clearly a much better option.

My family and I have stayed here before and again they did not disappoint. The staff are extremely friendly and this time round, we had plenty of clean towels. The breakfast buffet was included in our room rate which I highly recommend. All in all we had a great time and will definitely come again.

My wife and I thought how pleasant all the staff where,everyone had a smile which is so amiss in many places today,and above all we where made to feel very welcome.

The road traffic noise was very disturbing.and with the windows closed we where surprised to discover that one could not select the air conditioning unit to operate below 19 degrees.C. Which on a warm night was very evident in a double bed.It would have been nice also, to have had individual towels provided, instead of my wife and I having to share,

our stay was relaxing, this was made even better by the staff making us feel welcome and attending to anything we needed. we visited nearby towns and beeches which were beautiful and clean. the food was excellent and great value so was the room .all the staff were friendly and helpful ,we would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to relax and be waited on, had a great time.we are looking to book in october for a short break.

breakfast was a mish mash of self service and waiter service we asked for a quiet room and were given one not only on a busy roundabout but over the pub entrance and got no sleep on any night the sofa was dwecidedly uncomfortable there were no drawers in the room so ones underwear/nightwear had to be left on a shelf. we were left with no shower gel or toilet tissue as we are moving to newquay to live we were looking for somewhere for the family to stay and they will not be staying at this hotel

De persoonlijke service kwam goed over. Erg hartelijk.

Het inchecken ging heel erg snel en er werd mij onvoldoende tijd gegeven om na te gaan of de te betalen prijs wel overeen kwam met de prijs van de reserveringen. Ik had de indruk van niet namelijk.
