The room we stayed in was lovely. The surrounding countryside beautiful. The proprieters, lizzie and david, excellent hosts. Helpful, friendly and very welcoming. We would certainly return to this extremely good hotel. |

The warm and friendly proprietors, room and facilities, history of the farm, location, pool, dining al fresco, amenities, travel tips, and convenience. I would return any time, and recommend this B&B to friends. |

The owners were very hospitable and helpful providing information about the locality and particular places of interest. The atmosphere was extremely friendly. The position on the main road made it easy to find and to explore the area but our bedroom, although double glazed, was a little noisy which meant we were unable to open the window at night - difficult in very hot weather but probably not a problem in the winter. |

Friendly relaxed atmosphere, warm welcome from Lizzie. The knowledge it as a swimming pool for use in the summer. As a single lady guest I felt I was a friend of the family. |

Our hosts were so friendly and approachable. They were fun and welcoming.they suggested good places to visit and eat. The breakfast was wonderful, didn't need lunch. The facilities in room were generous ie tea and coffee etc+++. They even offered loans of DVDs. I also overheard that Lizzy had put on thomas the tank engine bed linen on a boys bed, who was a guest, Lovely thoughtful touch. |

Warm welcome from lovely owner. Excellent breakfast served by efficient and freindly staff. A great place to stay if you're in the area. We would certainly stay there again. 4.0 pm was a late check-in time, and even though located on a busy road we found hard to find after dark. |

The host Lizzie is excellent, giving us information when we required and space if we wanted too. The breakfast was lovely - fab poached eggs. The location, though on a busy main road, makes it very accessible to the new forest and to Salisbury/Southampton. We loved it |
