Great location and friendly staff.
Good breakfast, good facilities and very new structure in general
The worst television ever, tiny and out of order.
Room was big, spacious, modern and clean. Our room was a bit near the road but overall well worth the money
The breakfast was not so good. There was a large choice of cooked breakfast but it was not well presented. Continental breakfast had limited choice
great location, nice stuff and breakfast
our room was close to reception so it was a bit loud at times
Our room was literally in reception so heard noise all night! I'm not a light sleeper but people in and out all night was a problem! Parking for literally 3 cars at back of hotel down a dingy ally!
I travelled from inverness to Glasgow on the Sunday night to start my new job on the Monday morning. I arrived about 8pm and the person on reception had everything ready for me. The room was small but great value for money. It was a bed & a shower that I needed and that's what I gir.
The tv remote didn't work, wifi didn't connect and my room was on street level so I got a bad nights sleep (Sunday night in Bath St!!) but hotel itself was great.
The room was tiny the staff didn't understand me I asked a member of staff where a shop was and she didnt know where one was lucky for me there was one round the corner the door was always locked and had to stand outside in the rain waiting for someone to open it when I 1st arrive the girl didn't know if she could take my money for the room and the fella later on took it no problem I booked for the money to be paid when I booked the room and it was only the 1st night paid for so a large amount of my spending money was took out because of that the food was disgusting and there was a hair in my breakfast the 1st morning and didnt wanna go the other two mornings for breakfast we also had to climb over black bags to get to our room
the room had just what I needed for the night and was adequate for my overnight stay.
The room and the bathroom in particular had a weird smell to it plus the wi-fi stopped working after a while.
Two minutes or less walk from the o2abc and a bunch of bars and places to get food.
View from the window was pretty sketchy as we were on the very bottom floor and it backed on to a court behind some shops, there wasn't any protection on the window either.
Breakfast was ok. Strange no bacon tho and tv on Al Jazeera. Why?
Noise from recetion during night from late comers. Our room ( 5 ) was right behind the reception desk. Despite assurances from staff that it would be quiet it was anything but. Had t tell people to keep noise down both nights around 3.45 ish
Very big and comfy room, good breakfast, nice heat, nice people.
Very noisy room near the main street.
The receptionist on arrival, early pm, was helpful and friendly.
My room by the reception and pavement outside wasn't good. Clean yes, quiet no. Ok, Glasgow on Friday night is pretty wild and late returning residents merry but noise from reception staff about 4am is inexcusable. The adjoining ornately tiled bathroom with red hot radiator and shower with hot water shortage!
How anyone can make a bad comment about this hotel for the money they charge is unbelievable. You get value for money and if that's what you are looking for this place is number one. Yes the bedroom was small yes the breakfast wasn't Micheline star . If you want that then pay the price .
Affordible & plesant
The room was clean, modern with excellent en suite facilities
Included breakfast, free wifi
The mould on the shower (a bottle of spray on mould remover would have done the trick) and it would have been nice to have pillow cases for all the pillows.
handy location, friendly staff
Never had such a disgusting fry up in my life as I had at this hotel, it was actually unedible apart from the beans!, Full point of booking this hotel was as breakfast was included in price, as if it wasn't bad enough it was served with turkey rashers rather than bacon! Why?, Service was poor and view from my seat was the kitchen where a dirty pop was situated just inside door!
the t.v was very small the shower was old and horrible and the pictures on the site of the bathroom n the sinks was very false and misleading.
Quite handy location. Near Charing Cross but walking distance of Queen Street. Breakfast was surprisingly pork free, the sausages were awful mind.
Had a room facing the street. Quite a bit of noise from the traffic. (And I'd asked for a quiet room on the booking.) Breakfast was crowded.
Friendly, efficient, reception. Facilitated reserved car parking.
Noisy bedroom. External, adjacent, noise until very late. Not created within the hotel.
Comfychairs and coffee table in our room. Brilliant shower!
Hotel was excellent for a short stay in town, the room was comfortable and also concierge was very welcoming and friendly, would definitely recommend and use this hotel again.
Only issue was the breakfast, was really dry and eggs were overcooked, also the sausages were not edible, if you were served a decent breakfast then this hotel would be a 10 out of 10.
Good location, just round the corner from Sauchiehall Street. Close to bus stops with connections to the rest of the city. Coffee machine in dining room free to use! Good value for money.
Breakfast - good quantity but not so much on quality. Wifi connection was quite poor at far half of the room.
