It's location was perfect for us as we were visiting people in Burton Upon Trent. The rooms were quiet and spacious enough and most staff were pleasent to deal with. Because there was a wedding the night before, the the Breakfast room changed location and it wasn't clearly signed where it had relocated to, we had to wonder about looking for the room and when asked a member of staff, she had to go and ask someone else. When a wedding is being held, parking is non existant for "normal" hotel guests. It would seem that a function in the hotel takes precedence over normal hotel guests !

The staff were very friendly and the room was very spacious. The only thing I would improve is to have dressing gowns in the rooms. We had a superior room and I thought this would have come as standard as with previous hotel stays elsewhere!
