Ideally situated, the 4-star NH Kensington has an elegant Victorian façade and a stylish interior. Guests are a 5 minute walk from Earl's Court Underground (subway) Station and Earl's Court Exhibition Center. NH Kensington offers sleek, contemporary rooms, with satellite TV, individual private bathrooms and a unique shower relaxing system. Some rooms have a spacious separate sitting area. Each guest may have 30 minutes of free wireless internet in the lobby. One voucher per guest, per day. There is a range of dining options at the hotel including The Garden Lounge Bar, with a charming terrace, serving a menu of modern European cuisine. Guests may also relax in Huntingdon's Restaurant and the Lounge Cocktail Bar. Location and tube connections are very good. I didn't like you have to pay 3 pound to use the computer for 15 minutes. Nowdays all hotes have free use of computers/internet.

Comfortable quiet room; smiling and attentive staff Key-card room entry only works sometimes - the system is at fault. The positioning of the room safe at floor level is awkward (especially if one wears varifocal spectacles)

Great location on the picadilly line good selection of bars and eateries in the area, area felt safe at night, good value for London, modern, comfortable & clean, friendly staff. Would be happy to recommend.

I chose the nh Kensington because I always stay at the nh Stephanie when I am on business in Brussels (regularly over the last six years, standard double room). The nh Stephanie is always exceptionally good in all aspects; comfort, cleanliness, friendliness, efficiency, maintenance, etc.. When I spotted the nh Kensington was near to my preferred destination I did not hesitate to book. The friendliness of the staff, the openness of the reception area, the facilities of the reception area (magazines, papers, WiFi), the location, the room and its bathroom (size, comfort and cleanliness). The double bed was a small one (albeit comfortable), there were no additional pillows (so I had no choice of soft or hard) and the ones on the bed were hard, plus the shower head was faulty and showered the bathroom rather than me. So sadly although the nh Kensington is a good hotel it is not a patch on its contemporary in Brussels. It was late when we returned to the room from our evening out and the problem with the shower was not discovered until the morning whilst getting ready to leave. So, I am unable to report if they would have fixed it promptly or changed our room to one where things were in full working order.

Superb location with excellent pubs/restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff and very clean rooms. Late check out on Sunday was a bonus. Good breakfast. Disappointing mattress made from foam and poor pillows, although others were available. Very expensive bar - £58 for five drinks??? Car parking was slightly awkward considering the cost.

The hotel staff is a team of students who has to learn a lot. There is no supervisor, at least I didn't see one, and therefore the students don't know what they are doing. Very unprofessional!

La habitación era muy amplia para ser un hotel urbano. Para ir con niños muy bien. En recepción siempre hablan español. La habitación que nos dieron era muy grnade pero estaba en el -1. Había luz natural pero poca.

Locatie is uitstekend. Gratis WiFi in lobby! Badjas niet standaard, zoals op booking.com vermeld, maar alleen op verzoek. personeel komt onverschillig en onvriendelijk over. Daardoor geen welkom gevoel. Bad qas zwart op mat. Kamer niet schoongemaakt na de eerste nacht, de zelf vragen om handoeken en thee. na 3 bezoeken, is dit toch de laatste keer.

La ubicación EL Hotel no corresponde con un hotel de 4 estrellas NH. Esperábamos otra cosa. Este hotel podría ser de cualquier cadena y de 3 estrellas perfectamente.

Com a tots els nh que he estat, agrada trobar a la recepció del hotel algú que parla castellà I inclús català per a poder facilitar la estada. Realment la relació del preu de la habitació amb el buffet de esmorzarno correspon ni de lluny, en aquesta segona estada al nh Kengsinton el nivell del esmorzar ha baixat un 60%, serà cosa de la crisi...

L'esucazione e professionalita del front office Quale albergatore che sono rilevo un basso rapporto di prezzo/qualita'..colazione veramente carente, servizio f & b inesitente,risparmio sulle amenities da bagno che non vengono sostituite giorrnalmente..sistema di areazione camere scadente.

Chambre et salle de bains confortables. Chambre sur grande avenue mais parfaitement insonorisée Le prix du petit déjeuner est complètement extravagant: 18 pounds par personne et par jour; alors que le soir on peut avoir un dînner pour nettement moins cher !
