NH has avery good location , everything within walking approximity The tube station ,the bus stop at the hotel door, resturants, supermarkets and the Museums. The staff are very attentive , helpfull, nice. Free internet in the lobby .room size is europian standed; it is ok I highly recomend it

Location. It is perfect for Earls Court. Car parking. It is difficult to park locally. The hotel has access to car parking around the corner, but it is expensive at £30 per day.

Comfortable quiet room; smiling and attentive staff Key-card room entry only works sometimes - the system is at fault. The positioning of the room safe at floor level is awkward (especially if one wears varifocal spectacles)

The hotel staff is a team of students who has to learn a lot. There is no supervisor, at least I didn't see one, and therefore the students don't know what they are doing. Very unprofessional!

Muy buena ubicacion, habitaciones muy tranquilas, y con buen tamaño, estupendas vistas al jardin interior del edificio. Algunos miembros de la reepcion del hotel. No demasiado amigables, mas bien a la defensiva en lugar de amistosos.

El trato por parte del personal fue estupendo, todo el mundo hablaba español con lo que dado al bajo nivel de ingles que tengo me tranquilizaba el poder comunicarme sin problemas. Nos dieron todo tipo de facilidades en cuanto a las maletas y la habitación, además de recomendaciones en cuanto a la visita a la ciudad. El desayuno era bueno. La única pega que puedo poner es que la última noche pasamos mucho calor en la habitación dormimos tan ricamente con la ventana abierta. Una instancia de diez.

het bed was goed Personeel was matig gekwalificeerd. Wellicht ontbrak er een duidelijk beleid/management. Gezien de prijs die je betaalt, verwacht je deskundig personeel, dat klantgericht werkt en oog heeft voor details. Bar en receptie zijn niet meer van deze tijd. Bovendien functioneerde internet via Swisscom matig en was extreem kostbaar. Ook het business center haperde en ook al betaalde je extra voor het afdrukken van documenten, bleek de printer niet te werken.
