The location of the hotel is excellent as it is near the underground station and it is very quiet hotel. The bed sheets and the towels are very old and used too much needs to be changed (They are clean but very old). The room services are not that much especially in the toilet accessories as they put one soap, one shampoo and one shower gel, no cream, no shower cap,.....etc |

the location is excellent, very near to tube station. The bus stops in front of the hotel. A variety of restuarants and small shops at walking distance. Being situated at the heart of London, one could not complain about the price paid. However the hotel was modern and elegantly decorated. |

The whole hotel. The room was nice, modern and clean; the bathroom was very big, looked new and clean, the backyard is a fairy tale (lucky us, we where there just the day of the big snowfall!! Such and amazing thing to see). Complimentary coffee and tea in the room were great for such cold days. It was very silent during our stay. |

Closeness to the Tube and as such ease of connection to Airport and central London. Generally a very good stay. Need to keep the window open even though it was very cold outside as it was very warm. Could not cool it with air conditioning, seemed to be warm all of the time. |

Only location. Very unpleasure staff, i payed for 4 rooms in 26 of november 2008 ( for period 27 january - 01 january 09)and when we arrived there was only one room booked for us.They send us for one night in other hotel,and i do not understand how is posible when you pay in advance and you have confrimation for your rooms, but no rooms for us. |

It's on walk distance from Earls Court (exhibition) and close to main districts. Yes! They over booked the hotel and we have to sleep for the first niht in another hotel.They didn't find our baggage.... They were so rude!!! |

Staff were helpful and my room was very comfortable and clean . Within easy walking distance of the exhibition centre. Evening meal was disappointing. |

The breakfast was £ 18.00 which is a complete joke, and I told them, we finally agreed £ 4.00 for coffee and toast, for this reason alone I would not stay their again. |

Location, room very quiet. Price of the breakfast! - Local pubs do good breakfasts £12 cheaper. The hotel did not feel a 4 star experience. |

We arrived in London at 9:50 am and knowing we couldn't check into the hotel until 3pm, we went along to the hotel to see if we could store our bags there until we could check in. When we arrived, the receptionistdid better than look after our bags, she actually checked us into the hotel 5 hours earlier. This was so helpful and enabled us to get on with the sightseeing wihout having to worry. Nothing we didn't like really, I think the worse think was one of the net curtains had fallen down in our room but that didn't bother us really. |

Nice room, prompt room service, excellent shower Check out was slow (only 1 staff member). I left something in the room but it mysteriously disappeared !, staff were not helpful in helping me recover the item (which is still missing) |

I made two local telephone calls. Each call was 3 minutes long. I called my daughter, who lives in London, and her friend. Charge was 10 pounds for each call. Total 20 pounds. It was complete reap off. Local connection fee was over 5 pounds. it is nonsence! Small room. |
