Were given family room in basement with brick wall right in front of window. Hallway smelled of damp. Room had two double beds in with no seating area (we booked split level family room with seating area and were given basement room with no seating area). They charged us a whopping £360 for this room!. After complaining we were given 2 double rooms (not joining) for same price. Normally stay at Crowne Plaza in same street which is 4 star, this NH hotel should be more like a 3 star I think.
Helpful staff. Good location.
Location, size of the room, comfortable bed, good size bathroom and toiletries provided, empty bar fridge, coffee and tea in room to use, staff very helpful and polite. A couple of minutes walk to shops, cafés, pubs, Earls Court train station and walking distance to sites like Kensington a Palace and Hyde Park. M&S food shop a five minute walk for groceries near the train station.
Hotel was located close to the underground station with local shops also within a short walking distance.
Excellent breakfast. Very pleasant, efficient staff.
Pillows were flat and Tv way too small. Like to see the safe on a higher level so you aren't on your knees trying to read it.
Having the breakfast option was a great idea. Back room made it quiet.
poor selection of beer
great breakfast....friendly staff..... great outdoor space
The bathroom floor needed re-grouting, deep pieces were missing and was very dirty looking. The shower curtain had a terrible damp smell.
Good value for the space (family room on 2 levels).
Wi-Fi like any European hotel can be a bit of a challenge. Key is to find a good spot inside and don't move!
Close to the Earls Court tube stop. Easy to navigate. Wonderful staff. Great breakfast. Reasonably priced groceries very close
The location is great, Earl's Court high street is only round the corner with shops and restaurants. Tube station is a short 5 minute walk. Staff were very friendly on arrival and throughout our entire stay, they were there to help in every way possible. They would always acknowledge us on arriving and leaving the hotel. Couldn't fault the staff in any way. The room was great, very spacious for a standard room with everything that you need. Comfortable bed and a modern room. Breakfast was good, a lot of choices both continental and cooked. Couldn't fault the hotel as an overall
keycard stopped working but fixed straight away
Close to Tube, good rooms and nice breakfast included.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The 74 bus just outside the hotel was very convenient, especially for a 74 year old traveler.
air conditioners didn't work well. not enough towels in the room and no wash clothes.
staff was very accommodating. we booked for two nights and after the first night asked to be moved to a room closer to our families room, staff was more than helpful. breakfast was amazing.
Great Location Terrific Breakfast Very Clean
From the moment we arrived, we received excellent service. The room, albeit on the busy street side, was very quiet and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the staff were very accommodating.
A very hot day and some drinking water in the room would have been appreciated. At the bar it cost £3.25 for the smallest (25cl?) bottle!!!
Really nice room and a very nice shady garden out back to relax in. Everything was extremely good except...
No drawers for clothes.
Room was quiet and had everything you need.Bed was comfortable, Nice small refridgerator ,iron, in room safe. We had to wait for our room and were met in the elevator by the manager who took us up to our room and gave us a plate of French Macaroons! Staff very friendly and helpful, even if they had a hard time understanding what you wanted ( international staff). Liked the location to the underground station and decent breakfast option. Lots of restaurants close bye.
Great location! The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good and it had many options. I recommend it and I would stay there again.
Mattress a bit uncomfortable
great central location - excellent food - especially breakfast.
There was nothing that we didn't like.
The hotel staff are outstanding, so friendly, helpful & accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is lovely & cleanliness is of a high standard, the room we had was very nice with a lovely view of the garden & was a good size. Fabulous stay. & will definitely be returning & would recommend.
staff were perfectly nice but there seemed to be too few of them (sign of the times I suppose) and it was rather chilly in the restaurant! Maybe something had broken
very nice warm room and everything was fine except see across
