It was quiet for a central London location. Plenty of amenities nearby. Modern entrance. Toiletries were good quality. TV reception was poor. Some of the staff could have been friendlier. |

Mini bar was useful as was in room tea making facilities. Perfect location for Albert Hall, tube and plenty of local restaurants. Bed was on the small side, if we booked again we would upgrade to a King size, even though there was an additional cost for that. Also the price of breakfast at £17 was very expensive, we had breakfast down the road for less than half that price. |

staff were helpful and welcoming at all times; they accepted our comments on the problems with our room we handed in to reception at checkout a list of 3 nuisance problems we had experienced and this was accepted by the reception staff as it was intended, namely notification for correction of the problem for future guests |

As we were out and about for most of our stay, our 'hotel' experience is very limited, regarding the bars and eating, however, we found the team very accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful when we required assistance. |

The room was very small, we could open the window because the room was situated above the kitchen and it's smells like food... Very unpleasant!!! The staff was superficiall, not professional, very indifferent to clients needs!!! When I get to the hotel they ask me to pay all in advance... they said that tis is their policy - invented on that moment!!!! |

The hotel was very convenient and clean. We stayed at the NH facility because of our previous stay at one of their properties in Germany. We were not disappointed. The price of the breakfast buffet and drinks were really high. |

The staff was extremely professional and helpful. I asked for a quiet room and I received a room facing a courtyard/garden at the back of the hotel. It was roomy and quiet. Price for internet access is outrageous at 20 GBP per day. |
