The staff were friendly and the room was very clean. Some of the features were quirlky but that is what we loved about the place The only thing that I didn't like was that the tomotoes (tinned) were cold with the full English cooked breakfast

Good location in the centre of Woodbridge village. I stayed in the single room, compact with all basic facilities. Staff with very helpful and served a great berakfast. The room had been cleaned but they forgot to clean the shower.

Our stay was due to location having to attend a funeral. We had a stressful journey 3 1/2 hours long and a difficult day to manage. When we arrived at the Bull, we were delighted that we had booked a suite, very pleased with the decor, cleanliness and space and we booked an evening meal in the restaurant. The meal was great, service was efficient and we had a very relaxing evening. Having been warned there was a group playing in the downstairs room we were a bit dubious as we were shattered but we could not hear a single noise. Breakfast was home cooked, tasty and we needed a walk around the delightful centre of town before heading off home. This hotel fitted the bill perfectly well. Thank you. The only slightly negative comment was that the room seemed quite cold when we arrived, soon heated up after we switched the heating on and upon getting up in the morning, the same thing applied. The heating could have done with coming on earlier.

The breakfast When we arrived we was not welcome with a smile. Lack of words and no manners. As we was watching football in the bar at the back, we asked for the sound up by a member of the bar staff that came into the bar as she walked pass. Didnt even look at us but said the remote was broke. Plus we had to get drinks from front bar as no one behind bar at back. When leaving hotel we just about got a thank you but nothing else at all. They need lessions in customer service.

Location, quiet room, in-room coffee and tea Stairs are uneven so take some getting used to. Front desk not always staffed but staff seem on the lookout for guests and cheerful helped me.

Staff were great – very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was very comfortable – good bed – not too soft and a good size. The room had everything that you would want including tea making facilities . The breakfast was first class – all of the colour and the taste with plenty of it. We went bed & Breakfast with an evening meal. The food was excellent in every way and the extras – wine etc were very reasonable. My night at the Bull was really great – I cannot find any faults – I would have no hesitation in going back - A great weekend.

Nice location Internet not working. No fresh towels despite a 3 night stay. Bad Parking. Room service enter the room without knocking and finally, lots of signs telling you what not to do .. its like being in faulty towers.

Comfy bed and good food. also its location for pubs with real ale. parking at the rear was also a blessing as parking in woodbridge can sometimes be difficult. A hand held shower in the bath was a bit of a strain.

Convenient location, on-site parking, not busy. There was an odour of drains/sewage in the corridor outside my room and inside the room. There were cobwebs in the sash window and near the loo. The wifi did not work and none of the staff seemed to know anything about it, ie the name of the network. There was no shower, just a bath with rubber attachement from a pound shop. Shaving light did not work and another bulb gone in the bathroom. Staff were fairly off hand, quite an amateur set up. Stay here if you must stay in woodbridge and can't find anything else.
