We can think of many words to describe the above venue, but unfortunately, none of the above get anywhere near! Rusty radiator, torn towels, wobbly taps, broken plug, chipped, dirty mugs appalling bedroom decor, smelly bedroom, naff curtains, dirty glasses at breakfast oh and mouldy bread! Is that enough?

The Restaurant for our evening meal was good value with excellent food served from a varied menu. Breakfast very good and staff very friendly.

We have been 3 times and have found the hotel to be just right for us. friendly service without be over the top. They let you just enjoy the break.

We stayed whilst attending funeral and the hotel did a very nice buffet lunch for the wake. The staff we so friendly and helpful and made our visit very comfortable. The position of the Bull Hotel couldn't have been better - right in the centre of this pretty market town and opposite the beautiful church. Our room was huge, we booked the suite which was nicely furnished and very comfortable. A lovely old building full of charm. Breakfast was superb - we had full English and it was nicely presented. We will definitely return.

Room 18 was large enough, clean and in a good postion for us, as we did not have stairs to contend with. Hotel suitable for our 1 night stay

Bathroom not enough shelf space, cold and the toilet in avery small space, screen too near toilet no room for elbows. Television screen too small for size of bedroom and could not receive all channels. Breakfast was adequate however the food looked as if it had been dumped on the plate.

It was an excellant hotel, staff and food really good and friendly Would not stay anywhere else if I wanted to be in that area.

Comfortable bed, nice log fire in bar, tasty breakfast.

Breakfast service was poor - waitress gave our breakfast to another couple by mistake, seemed oblivious to the fact that we were waiting 20 minutes and the apology that came eventually was totally insincere. No empathy at all, she just blamed the chef.

The landlord and staff were very nice and the location was spot on, the food was good also

The radiator in the room didn't work so the room was freezing. In the en-suite the radiator did work but the en-suite was large and the radiator wasn't powerful enough to heat the room. I did not have a bath or shower because I was too cold. I paid a 'reduced' price of £65 for one night. For this money I would expect a proper shower system not a moldy, nasty rubber attachment to the bath taps. This is something my parents had in our little house in the 1970's! Not nearly good enough. At breakfast, I waited for 20 minutes without anyone speaking to me to order something cooked. In the end I had to go into the kitchen to do this.......

Very friendly staff, made us very welcome and nice to have someone with great personality behind the bar so very entertaining stay. very clean, warm, good breakfast, great location will be back

Loved the room, location in Woodbridge, and the breakfast, which catered for our dietary needs. We'll be back!

Minor but the tiles that had fallen off the wall in the bathroom that we're still resting on the floor.
