The apartment was in an ideal location for our city break. The apartment was very clean and the lady at Marchbrae where we picked up the key was very helpful. |

Lovely apartments located close to centre. Stylish and well equipped. Efficient contact re late arrival. Would stay again. The late check in procedure for picking up he keys is a bit of a pain -we were on foot, the hotel rang to cofirm we had received the emal advising of the prcedure - well organised- and sent directions to a key safe about 20 minutes walk from the apartments. Unfortunatley one of he first directions is wrong 'take first exit at roundaboou' into market st. We did and walked along way in the wrong direction. It should be either second exit or better still turn right (also into market st as it runs both ways) after that the instructions are spot on. We could have done with a warning about the biggest set of steps (News steps) I have ever seen though as we had heavy bags to carry! |

These are fantastic apartments in a central location (about 5 minutes walk to High St on the Royal Mile, 10 to the castle), offering privacy, flexibility, good value and are very well equipped. I can't fault it at all. There was even a dvd player for the kids to settle down to after a long days sightseeing. It really made our holiday! |

The apartment was really well set out and decorated beautifully. It was lovely to come out of the rain and feel at home with the added benefit of having a kitchen to make a cup of tea. It was only a 10 minute walk to the Royal Mile. There isn't a lift so if you have difficulty walking up stairs then look elsewhere. |

The extra space that we wouldn't have got at a hotel and the opportunity to eat in or out. There was a noisy fan which could be heard from the bedrooms |

You had all that you needed in the apartment it was very comfortable There was no lift so it was difficult getting cases up the stairs and we had to go to a shop to collect the apartment key when your paperwork told us someone would meet us at the apartment with cases it was a hellish start to holiday also the number of our apartment had been changed when we got there and moved up to next floor, although I had already requested to change our apartment from the top floor due to no lift so paid a bit extra to have the apartment moved down lower and had in writing a lower floored apartment when I asked why I was being put in a different one I was told its the way they do their booking allocations doesn't make sense to me if you allocated one apartment why change it without checking if this would cause problems |

Although it was right near the city centre and in a student region, it wasn't overly noisy. Complimentary water and orange juice was a bonus. Really close to a tesco express. It made for a good city break. Smelt slightly musty in the apartment. |

The fact everything you needed is on your door step, and all the facilities you need are included in the apartment. |

general furnishing ok tv etc good beds very comfy well presented and clean the kitchen utensils poor - microwave provided with no suitable bowls ect the plate cover was too big to fit insidethe m/wave,- fry pan should be non stick. The area that the flat is situated could be better -- very dirty/scruffy, this in itself, in my opinion, would make the prermises much less than 4* |

I thought the apartment was o.k. However i felt the walk to the studio apartment at the top of the building was very hard work. Guests that are booking the studio apartment should be made aware if they have health problems, this hotel would not be suitable. I felt the stairways to the apartment on the top floor were very unclean. And i will not book again. |
