Proximity to centre of Edinburgh. The Apartment is a good size. It had the basic necessities like washing powder, shower and shampoo gel, tea,coffee, sugar etc. There was a Tesco Express just 2 minutes around the corner. We didn't like that the doors to the bathroom and bedrooms would not stay open as they had this "thing" attached which made them swing shut. |

Very comfortable and spacious. Nice location close to Royal Mile and City centre. Across from LIDL and TESCO so ideal for self catering. |

We loved how we felt like we were acually living in the city - with a very spacious apartment and the ability to cook for ourselves to save us some money. We were also pleasantly surprised at the low price of the apartments. Near the beginning of the trip there was a major problem with our room (due to no fault of the apartments) and they responded immediately, and moved us right to a new and bigger room to compensate us. We were very grateful! |

We have a young son and so staying in a hotel can be rather restrictive. Staying in the apartment gave us far more room and better value for money than staying at a hotel and the flexibility to eat in the apartment if required A minor point, but there was very low water pressure in the kitchen. This meant you had to boil the kettle if you needed hot water in the kitchen. The water was fine in the bathroom. |

Convenience of the location. Close to bus routes. Quiet except for for a brief period when revelers were going home. Carpet dirty. needs a thorough clean. Dish washer smelly. |

Nothing like the pictures make it out to be When I seen the apartments on the internet they looked clean, modern, spacious & airy, so I felt happy spending £180 for a 2night stay I was very disapointed when we were taken into the apartment which was very cramped & small , we had to crouch when walking on one side of the apartment due to the very low ceiling, the bathroom was tiny/foisty with no window & the shower very poor the whole place... |

The apartment was very nice, very comfortable. It was a great location for the activities that we done over our stay. I was not contacted before you took money out of my account for the condition of the room. Also we were told that there was smoking done in the room and none of us smoke. Also there was a note given to us to say that we could vacate at 1 and we did not get the choice. we were thrown out of the room. The room would have been cleaned if we had a few more mins instead of being rushed out the door. |

Close proximity to city centre and pubs restaurants etc A microwave in the kitchen woudl have been handy - there are plenty of eating places close by but sometimes you just want something quick and as there is a Tesco Metro within 200m of the front door it was entirely feasible. |

Excellent location and facilities. As a family with a young son the apartment gave us an opportunity to visit Edinburgh together with all the amenities of home. Having read previous reviews I was a bit concerned about noise from the street below but we heard no more than normal city noise though the secondary glazing on the sash windows. A very enjoyable stay. The only fault we could find was with some of the details - missing TV control cover, broken bathroom bin lid, poor bath drainage - nothing significant considering the price and the appartment still felt like a well above average hotel suite. |
