Your staff were extremely helpful and polite they made the stay a pleasure nothing was too much trouble for them

The hotel was very hard to find as the hotel sign says nt and not nightowl this was very confusing

Friendliness of welcome and staff

We were not prepared for the 'truck stop' motel set up. Although cleanish, there was dirt in all corners and in draws . the rooms were just concrete slab walls and roof/floor. If we had known this we probably would not have stopped there despite the very reasonable price. But this is not the fault of the management of the hotel - the advert needs a title of 'very basic and just a bed for the night

It was comfortable and adequate - (thank-you). I feel with a little extra customer care it could become super - scope for an ambitious manager here.

On way up found we were expected on wrong day which gave bad impression. On way down found wastepaper basket was full, soap lying in basin, towel crumpled on bed (hoped it was clean). Just now I wouldn't recommend it but feel it has great potential with just that little bit of extra care and concern from management.

There was no sign for the Night Owl (onlt NT) so the hotel was very difficult to find when this was pointed out to the receptionist his only comment was "Yes, confusing isn't it?"
