Very hot in room & corridor

It was near the motorway

It was awful, like a prison. Not a hotel like stated on the website, it was in fact a Truck Stop. The room was nothing like that shown on the website. It was so discusting we left with our young children at 6am the following morning.

This is a no frills but comfortable and clean place to stay. The food is good and very reasonably priced and the portions are huge!

No floor covering in the bathroom

I found the hotel easy to find and central for our needs. The staff were very helpful and changed accomodation to suit our needs my mother is elderly and would have had difficulty climbing staish. The rooms were basic but had the facilities of other hotels We have stayed in. We found they met out needs without the flowers

Good for the price we paid. Glad we opted to pay an extra $5GBP for ensuite as the shared bathroom facilities had a massive queue to use it!

A bit difficult to find. Wide window ledge where we put a jacket had not been dusted for a very long time.

Your staff were extremely helpful and polite they made the stay a pleasure nothing was too much trouble for them

The hotel was very hard to find as the hotel sign says nt and not nightowl this was very confusing

Bedside lamp was covered in dust
