The rooms are very cosy, and the staff are so friendly!
Rooms are so small!!!
Location of the hotel was good, right near the ICC where i had a two-day conference and a few mins to the train station.
The size of the room is a big downfall. I didn't mind as it was only myself that was staying, however if i was with my partner i can imagine it to be a nightmare to get around the room. I definitely agree with people when they say the room is prison cell like. There was also a smell of sewerage in the shower room which lingered everywhere in the room as it was so small.
We wanted something different and the rooms in this hotel are just that. Very cosy and a comfy bed, i loved the fact it had no window it was different.
I liked everything
Temperature of the room was perfect, best I've ever had in a room - not too uncomfortable either way. Décor - modern minimalist Shower
We stayed at nite nite to go and watch lee Evans at the NIA it was a fantastic location and a 2 minute walk to broad street and 5 mins to the bullring everything is on your doorstep. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the room even though small had everything you needed would highly recommend and will stay again, the price was also very good.
staff were friendly, helpful, and chatty without being annoying.
considering it was a double room (for 2 people) there was only enough room space for one, it was like sleeping in a cupboard 0.o Also there was no food and the coffee machine was turned off as we got back from the gig, it occurs to me good business sense would be to be aware of event finish times and have facilities available when guests arrive back.
Being woken up at 7am with firealarm!
Help full staff, comfy bed , clean and decent bar area.
Fire alarm going off at 7 am with no apology , hammering and drilling in the afternoon and no windows in any room.
It's exactly what you want if you just need a room and a bed for the night. It's clean and comfortable enough. Double rooms are still small, with minimal space. But you need to understand this before you stay, then you won't be disappointed. You don't really want to spend much time in your room as it is so small. But you can chill out downstairs. It's a budget place. Say that enough times and you will understand. I will stay there again, as it fulfils most of my needs
Location & price.
Size of room could be a problem for 2 people with a big suitcase.
The staff, The Lobby, The Relaxed atmosphere & relaxation area, The lovely clean & beautifully proportioned room, The hot shower, the crisp bedding! Everything!! Will definitely be back!
Not being able to stay the other two nights I had to stay in Birmingham!
Key not working repeatedly
That we only stayed one night.
Too much noise from oyher guests that went on most of the night, rooms too small, no windows, bed too soft
Clean, tidy, comfortable, friendly staff, lovely reception/sitting area. Ideal for overnight stop-over.
Room quite small with no window but couldn't fault otherwise and fine for overnight stop-over.
Comfortable bed, helpful staff, good shower
Room too close to entrance so noisy guests returning from night out disrupted sleep, not good when you have to work the next day
It is cheap and convenient for Birmingham City centre
I did not think that the lack of windows in the room would be a problem, but it is. The rooms are very cramped and claustrophobic
Great location in Birmingham, close to the bullring and mailbox. Hotel has light snacks and a small bar, handy to grab a quick beer
Bedroom did not have a window so I would not recommend if claustrophobic. However room has everything you need including a flat screen plasma and coffee/tea making facilities.
Everything. Small rooms no ventilation no value for money no comfort
The easiness of the booking in friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the room
Clean and very close to city centre
Rooms very tight and not much room at all.
Rooms bit too small
Abience Many places to sit outside the room and relax Ironing room Nice location
We spent just 2 nights in the hotel. The purpose our trip was to attend on a fitness competition so that's why we chose that hotel because we didn't bother about how spacious or luxurious it is but for our big surprise it was a very stylish and comfy hotel. i was very pleased with the enteriour design, the music and service. Our room was very tiny but very comfy and extremely clean. Also the receptionist, called Oliver was very helpful with us, we got in trouble did not have our boarding pass printed so he did that and whatever I asked he was helpful and friendly all the time. I definitely recommend the hotel for everyone :)
Rooms VERY small.
