Great location near the City centre and very close to the Mailbox. Yes the rooms are very small and windowless but they offer all you need for a nights sleep. 42" plasma at the end of the bed is great. The bathroom is a wetroom so plenty of room in the shower. The whole hotel is very modern and clean, friendly and helpful staff too. Parking on the same road in a multi storey. Great place if you just want somewhere to sleep. There was nothing we didn't really like about the hotel but we were aware of the size of the rooms which seems to be peoples problem. If you can get over the fact that the rooms are about the same size as cabin on a train or boat then you'll be fine, that said, they are nice modern rooms. If you want room to swing a gerbil then these aren't for you.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect as the rooms had been descibed as claustrophobic in various reviews. However the room was compact but big enough for two nights stay whilst attending a conference at the ICC only 3 minutes walk away. It was very clean and the staff much more friendly than any other city hotel I have stayed in. The little breakfast cafe downstairs was empty and the waitress friendly and helpful plus the coffee and refills were free. I had a two great night's sleep as the rooms were very well insulated and quiet again unlike other hotels I have experienced. If you're dithering about whether to book, as I was, don't. Just book it and see for your self. I would definitely use this hotel everytime I go to Birmingham from now on. Even better I paid less than half the price paid by all my fellow conference colleagues.

Really well designed pod style rooms. Very clean, comfortable. Bathroom/wetroom very good. Staff helpful. All in all a totally different concept for city hotels. But one I would recommend and there should be more of around the uk and fantastic value for money.

Very modern, comfortable and quiet. Loved the big flat screen television. The convenience of the deli/restaurant in the same location was definitely a plus for our short stay. A short walk from shopping. We booked this because we thought it was close to the train station and we could walk. Luckily we booked a taxi ahead of time. It took us a very confusing 10-minute drive.

Nice clean rooms. LocationStaff don,t engage with clients. Good breakfast in the cafe attached Staff don,t engage with clients. Rooms just too small and claustrophobic. For another 10 or 15 pounds you could get a normal sized room and maybe with breakfast. Not really a room to relax in. Ssaying all that I have stayed in worse and it would be ok for one night

Very central, in an excellent location. It's clean, and staff is very friendly and helpful However, tiny room, no window, definitely not for claustrophobic (... ;-).. ). Quite costly for such a room.

It is not for the claustrophobic but great for techno-geeks- massive TV, free wi-fi and all controls on one panel by your head. Very futuristic. Very convenient for the ICC and shopping. However, may be crampt for 2 people who are used to more conventional hotel rooms as the room is very small but perfectly formed. I stayed here as I have before and think that is is good fun!

Convenience I felt that it wasn't clear anywhere that there would be no window at all in the room. I found it more than slightly claustrophobic. Not worried about the small size, and very well designed. But I think the lack of window was horrid and I didn't know before I went. Won't be staying in a nite nite again definitely.

The Fact There Were No Facilities, Ie Glasses Or Cutlery When Asked For At Reception. The Pillows Provided Were Terrible. And The System Using The Television Is Terrible. There Wasn't Any Bottled Water On Arrival As Promised.

Good value city hotel.. Modern but small rooms. Good shower & wet room facilities The night club downstairs was audible until the early hours- but this was not too much of a concern as it was a Saturday night.
