We arrived in the dark, so woke up to some incredible views of the Loch from our bedroom! It was so lovely eating a lovely cooked full Scottish breakfast on the enclosed verandah overlooking the Loch.
The room got a bit chilly at night as the heaters turned off. Nice & cosy when we arrived though.
The owner (Seonaid) was very welcoming. House was homely. Dinner and breakfast were superb. The views from the conservatory and the room windows were amazing. Beds were comfy.
The host was very kind and helpful, the house is cozy and cute, view is masterpiece.
This is an outstanding location situated and overlooking the loch. Our host was incredible and provided warm and friendly hospitality. Breakfast and supper were delicious. You'll love this one!
The beautiful view and excellent breakfast.
The washbasin was very small.
welcoming hostess.Clean and comfortable room. good breakfast cereals through to full scottish. with view across loch.use of living room in the evening if you wanted.Free parking outside.Could sit outside in back garden watching sunset over loch Fyne-there were even binoculars available.
Very friendly staff. Cosy rooms. Fresh coffee (uncommon in Scotland)
The owner was most helpful and tried very hard to make my visit enjoyable. This is a small (2 bedroom) B&B beside the loch.
I had thought that this B&B was in Inveraray as that was the basis for my search. It is, in fact, about 8 miles away.
Warm welcome and a helpful host. Beautiful setting next to loch. Enjoyed a quiet night and an excellent Scottish full breakbast! We're only sorry we did'nt select the dinner option!
struggle with kettle plug
A little gem! Modest but wonderful B&B. Room had the best view and the most comfortable bed! Our host cooked us a top restaurant meal, fabulous breakfast and had great local knowledge.
The owner and the lake view
This is a modest, but nice place. The lady who is running this small BB has just such a pleasant lively personality. She is an excellent cook and spoiled us. Waking up and having a free view over Loch Fyne is just magic. Nice clean fresh white duvet covers. We certainly would go back. Certainly: Value for Money
The shared bathroom is downstairs. But because everything is so nice there, it doesn't matter. One can live with that.
We were lucky enough to get some nice weather and so the Loch was even more beautiful to look out over. The owner was a lovely lady, chatty and friendly. Gave us pointers for where to go for a walk at the next place along and also where to eat later at night. We could sit out on the decking and enjoy the views in the evening. Breakfast was HUGE! Filled us up for the day ahead. Highly recommend this B&B and will be going back again
The lack. The comfort of the house inside.
. There are broken pieces of glass in front of the house, in the garden. The environnement is quite poor.
- room with a VIEW ! - great breakfast - very kind host
- shared bathroom, but we don't mind
The hostess was very friendly and one could see that she is trying to make her guests feel comfortable. The few on the lake was stunning. We could even observe an otter from our window. The breakfast was excellent and the beds were clean and comfortable.
The washbasin in the shared bathroom is way too small. When we first arrived at the B&B our first reaction was not to check in due to the rundown neighbourhood. Since we had booked both rooms, the hostess had to sleep in the garden shed with her two dogs. It felt a bit like invading someone's privacy.

Friendly welcome from owner; location - stunning views over Loch Fyne; food.
Knew it wasn't en-suite before we got there so no issues there.
When I pulled up outside the house I wondered what on earth I was letting myself in for. The owner was lovely and I loved the quirkiness of the bedroom. The view of the loch was so picturesque. Couldn't fault anything and breakfast was first class. The owner went beyond the call of duty by driving us into Inverary for a friend's wedding and also very kindly came to pick us up at the end of the evening.
Seonaid was welcoming and helpful as soon as I contacted her about our late arrival. We got to choose our room as we were the only people staying. Everything has been thought of; tea & coffee, biscuits, glasses, a plug for a hairdryer right under the mirror, even an adapter for European electrics and nice fluffy bathrobes for visiting the shared bathroom. The views were superb. The whole place has a very homely feel.
Some people might not like the fact that the shared bathroom is downstairs. It's so close it really isn't a problem.
Very attentive, helpful and interesting host. Beautiful setting next to loch. Excellent evening meal
Furnace is not a very attractive village.
Seonaid! welcome food view location number of places to visit within easy reach
Made to feel like holidaying in lovely auntie's home The view from the Windows were awesome. Food was excellent. Location was very refreshing. People were so welcoming and friendly.
