Welcoming staff were more than helpful. They couldn't do enough for us! Clean and comfortable also great location.
Parking 10mins away was extremely annoying

Great staff, very friendly and willing to help with any needs, nothing to complain about! Good location too, walking distance to the city centre
I'd say early breakfast, but we are students!
The hotel was very nicely decorated, comfortable and the staff very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.
The customer service from Michael in particular was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble.
Close to station and city centre
Noisy due to staff in and out of room opposite and noisy from people sitting outside on the steps talking, we think it was again staff till late in the evening.
Good size room and well decorated
Drinks in hotel were very expensive
friendly staff good breakfast location
small room ,( room5 ) no shower mat/ towel no wardrobe
Good location as everything was in walking distance (if you moderately fit). Good connection for trains (Haymarket), buses and trams. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. The room was okay as a base.
This small hotel is in a perfect location for holiday makers travelling to Edinburgh. The staff are all amazing and the room was excellent and clean. Nothing is too much trouble. Would deffanatly stay at hotel 32 again in the future.
Staff veeeery friendly! Hotel very clean, loved modern design of the room, close to city centre. Would revisit for sure.
Room was very small.
Nice comfy bed, well located for City, breakfast was good .
Poor tv signal, road noise from cobbled surface, a shower mat would be beneficial when stepping from the shower.
easy access to city centre, very friendly and helpful. Classy small hotel, clean, good service and nice breakfast.
No car parking , had to park about 10 mins. away to get free parking. Nor really important once your there cos who needs a car in Edinburgh, new tram and bus system very good.
Very helpfull staff, easy to get in to
Large room Friendly staff, lovely breakfast served by Michael
No wifi signal in our room Extra charge paying by credit card Location not very central
Easy walk from the train station, beautifully appointed common rooms and guest rooms, gracious and helpful staff.
cleanliness, comfort, friendly attentive staff. Nicely decorated. good breakfast
The location and the price!
Nice relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff.
Bathroom had no cloths hooks to hang clothing and no bath mat. Water didn't drain away quick enough from shower cubical so you were left standing in a pool of water.
Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was gorgeous; very big and we'll furnished. Good location; quiet and close to town. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.
As a light sleeper the occasional car on the cobbles woke me during the night.
IT WAS JUST A NICE HOTEL. NICE ROOM , NICE BREAKFAST.
The pictures in booking.com for the hotel are A misrepresentation
* Decor * Price
* Room was not ready when we arrived (1,5 h after check-in time) * No towels in the room (had to ask twice) * No reception phone in room * Quite stuffy in the room. * Shower changed temp during shower and I got scolded. * Was asked to move table at end of breakfast (out to the bar) Even though there were several available tables. Hopefully a staff error.
Lovely room, good breakfast, very nice and helpful staff. Would go back.
The road outside while not very busy was cobbled and traffic going by was a bit noisy but not too bad. No soap or toiletries. Is this a Scottish thing as we have found this elsewhere in Scotland?
