The staff was extremely helpful and nice. We got help up the stairs with our bags on arrival and departure.The amenities were top notch and even though our apartment was small , the location was excellent , it is a few doors from Regent street and thus Soho, Mayfair, Oxford circus etc are on your doorstep. We shall be returning It does have a lot of stairs and might not be good for a family with a lot of children/bags

The location and proximity to oxford street I booked the flat for me and my wife with our 1 year old son. We were given 4th floor and the property does nt have a lift. I was luck that the 1 yr old did come with us but going up and down was totally not comfortable if you do it 5 times a day

Great little apartment, right off the main shopping streets, very close to tube links Noise levels from outside passed right through the window that are not double glazed or even remotely sound proof

The hotel is beautiful. Personal is very friendly and carefull. We ordered the food from the grosery, it had been delivered next morning at 9.00. Staff recomended us exellent restaurant next street. Suite was big, clean and pretty Wi-Fi is very slow, from time to time doesn't work at all.

We went to london for a short break to celebrate our aniversary. We arrived before the check in time but they already had our room ready, which was great. We had quite a few requests and to be honest the staff could not be better at organizing it for us. Will definatelly come back! Nothing much I could think of, however the hotel does not have an elevator. Was not a problem for me but keep in mind. :-)

A very large modern apartment, beautiful furniture and a great kitchen - loved the well stocked refrigerator. Great location and a wonderful staff always eager to help and alot of information of restaurants, shopping and anything else you might need. A Welcome Tray containing fruit, chocolate, tea and coffee was waiting for us when we checked in. Would definitely stay again!

I chose this hotel for it's location as having lived in London for many years I knew it was great. Indeed location and staff were 5 star but cant say the same for the hotel itself. If you need an apartment with separate living room, fine. Otherwise a large hotel room is far better in my opinion based on below. It's essentially three things that drags this down from 5 to 3+ star. One - the bedroom was so small it could only fit a queen bed (which I dont consider a standard double bed) and the legroom on each side was about 40 cm... Second - no lifts which wasnt a major problem for us on 4th floor but can not imagine any senior person with slight health problem living here.. Or anyone with young children that you'd have to carry. Even the reception is on the first floor! Third - the bathroom tiles/furnishings and overall feel is not of a 5 star.

The staff were extremely friendly and helped us whenever we asked. They day we checked out at 11am and they looked after our bags until 11pm that evening. Any information we required they were more than willing to help. The room itself was lovely, the kitchen surfaces and equipment were of a good standard and easy to use. They even phoned up in the morning to say leave the washing up.

Amazing hotel. Everything was spotless. Service was great. Location was perfect, right at regent, bond & oxford street. Anything we needed we got from reception within minutes. Spacious living area. Just amazing!

Lovely hotel in a lovely part of town. We stayed here so that we had great shopping and sighseeing on our doorstep, and had our own kitchen and sitting area. We lunched at Browns in Maddox Street, which was very nice, and went to the theatre in the evening. We were a little late leaving in the morning but the staff were fine about it. WIll definitely be going again. Struggling to think of anything.

Nothing to say, nothing is best, I more prefer other hotel in mayfair. Noise come from outside, not very quite area. Room service is poor, even don't have ice, when I ask. No bar no restaurant. Location sounds good, but actually is in a bad area in mayfair, not quite can hear noise all the time. Badroom is small, don't have telephone in the bedroom, facilities like telephone, ipod player didn't working well. Air conditioner is not working very well. When I check in they asked me wait to 45 mins because the room was not ready, I was intend check in around 1 pm, which is not very early, but they let me wait a very long time I dun think I will say in this hotel ever again. if too judge this place as a service apartment is good, but as a hotel, 5 stars really doesn't deserve.
