The design of the Diluxe suite was excellent. It is clean and neat with very good house keeping and so friendly staff hotel. The cost of extra foldable bed and internet wifi was little in the high side, taking into consideration the rate of the room such services should be complementary.

A nice, compact apartment. Friendly staff and clean. Perfect location at crossroads of Regent Street and Oxford Street. There is no elevator but the staff takes the suitcases. The staircase itself is easily accessible. We slept well. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, also to do some shopping for breakfast for example.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff. Without asking they upgraded us which was great until we saw the suite it was magnificent! The cleanliness was immaculate with all the facilities you need for a short/ long stay at No. 5 Maddox Street. The location was terrific with quick walking distance to shops and London Palladium where we had theatre tickets already booked!

Lovely little pad for the weekend, really central, nice helpful staff - would recommend The sofa is not very comfortable and way too much 'bar for sale items' in the fridge - you wouldn't have room to put any of the things we want to put in the fridge - I found this very off putting.

No site mentions this clearly but they don't have a lift. Also the website sets your expectations to be very high but it's a disappointment when you see it in reality. The service is good. The rooms are fairly small and cramped, even though we booked a suite. Not recommended for elderly people...you have to climb a floor to reach the reception area.
