Pretty much everything! Breakfast all local produce and served as early as 0700 even at weekends. Very large bedrooms and very quiet location.

Reasonable walk from station, but pleasant views of the city as you walk.

It was my first time staying at B&B type place and it felt a bit strange at first, but the owner made my family and I feel very at home. She was very lovely, especially with my young daughter. Breakfast was really nice as well. Simple but nice.

Perhaps the location wasn’t the best, but then again we were aware of it and suited us just fine as we had a rental car.

Fiona was very welcoming. The rooms were lovely and big and although we understand why the ensuites were as they are it did feel a bit like showering in a cupboard! There was no wifi reception in the back bedroom but it appears the extender may have accidentally been switched off. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice but the serving hatch was out of place.

    Friendly hostess and decent breakfast.

Room could do with a face lift. Bathroom and shower were rather small.

Homely, comfortable, clean and a charming friendly hostess. nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was lovely - especially the home-mixed cereals. So nice to get a choice of fresh fruit and yoghurt too - and my eggs were perfect (I'm fussy about my eggs). I especially likes the room - all too often a single room is a converted box room or lift shaft that some magician has squeezed a bed into. Lovely seating area and a superb comfy chair to sit and read - or watch tv

Great breakfasts if you can wake up for them! (we were T in the Park guests). Lovely comfy room and bed at the back of the house, with a view and sunlight in the mornings (Scottish weather permitting). Fiona was very helpful and willing to help you out if she can. Definitely recommend the location as it is close enough to walk to the city centre in about 5-10 minutes.

Only bad point to mention is that on arrival we were following the map on booking.com which wrongly points you to the nearby Pitcullen Terrace. Thankfully a sweet old lady used to people turning up their erroneously ran out from the no.9 on that street and directed us around the corner to Pitcullen Crescent. Not sure if the fault is with the website/post code, but it would be a good idea to sort that problem out! We were pretty exhausted having dragged our luggage from the station and up the hill needlessly.

Fiona greeted me pleasantly and showed me to my room, explained the wifi, the shower and the tv to me and explained that she would leave me to get settled in. I had explained that I needed to have breakfast for 5am to which she happily made arrangements. I needed to get to a location for a 6:00 am and I inquired as to the approximate cost of a taxi out there, at which time she offered to drive me the 5.5 miles there at 5:30am for about half the cost of a taxi. Fresh strawberries every morning as well...Yum. The bed in room 3 is very comfortable and when I mentioned that I am 6'4" tall she made sure I had a bed to fit my frame. This is the most reasonably priced B&B in Perth and Fiona is the most gracious host. I've already booked 3 more nights as we are finishing our shoot next week. I tried to book four but she was full on Tues to which she said I can find you a place with a neighbouring B&B and still drive you in the morning. Simply can't say enough about the value and service this B&B provides.

The shower, while it works well, is only about 6'5" tall. I'm large. It's not the showers fault.:)

Usual willingness to adapt and assist with the customers' requirements to their stay an enjoyable one. Perth is a fantastic base for both mountain-biking and motorcyle touring. This hotel is bike-friendly.
