We spent one night in apartment three, it was attractive and clean, the kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable, there was a nice little balcony off the kitchen. The shower room was clean, the shower was a good pressure but got hot very quickly so be careful! It was an easy walk into town from the apartment. I would stay again and recommend it to others.
location is very close to bus stops which go into the centre of oxford every few minutes or you can walk it easy in 20 minutes.Owner on arrival very pleasant and helpful.Comfortable apartment with everything you need for short stay a far better base than a hotel .After visiting oxford many times i will be using these apartments again
Location was excellent. Wi-Fi worked well. Bed was comfortable.
Shower was too small. Lead across the floor under the carpet. Was all a bit shabby and neglected.
Balcony Plenty of space Fully self contained Some local restaurants and grocery store nearby. Residential location
A little out of Oxford town centre but bus stop right out the front of the premises.
Very helpful staff who were always available if needed. The accommodation more than met our expectations and the location in Summertown was excellent, with Oxford City Centre only a 20 minute walk away or 8 minutes by bus from the stop right outside the house. The room was spotlessly clean and well serviced with anything you would want for a self catering room. The whole experience was very enjoyable and we will be back.
Location Good light
basement apartment had an odor Lots of spiders in the apartment Dead moth in the staircase
Very good studio flat for a short stay. Spacious, easy access, staff unobtrusive but very helpful. Near excellent local shops and buses and not far to city centre. Off road parking.
Could have done with a tea towel and some teaspoons. A lot of traffic noise at night, especially with the windows open in the summer. No armchair to sit in.
Easy access to Oxford city centre by bus and walking distance to Summertown shops and eateries. Parking facility
Closeness to a busy, noisy road. Described as an apartment, but was a one room studio. A comfortable chair would have helped.
Turned up late expecting my room to be available only to find they had let out my pre booked accommodation to someone else. Not impressed no apology. I would avoid at all costs.
Good size room, comfortable bed and ok location with off-street parking.
Dated interior, bathroom required modernization, furniture was in poor condition.
Bright and spacious room, good to have self-catering option. Staff friendly and helpful. In a very nice areas, and although some distance outside of the main town there is a good bus service outside the front door.
It is described as luxury, which it doesn't match, although the accommodation was fine. Not completely clean and smokers out the front of the building mean smoke can come in front windows, which is unpleasant.
Ideally situated for our purposes Enough space to move around Parking without extra charge
Cutlery and cups need some replacement (only one knife and one mug left)
All in one room. Bed was comfy.
The room didn't look like the picture. There was no baking tray. No reception, the 'owner' greeted us sat on the stairs and it seemed unprofessional. No information was given to checking out. I was disappointed with the cost of the apartment versus the overall stay.
Location is excellent, very close to city center
As it was described very clean and comfortable, I was able to park my car on the fore court. i will surely use it again
I like the Kitchen facilities and the comfort of the bed
I did not like the street noise (cars all night). The bathroom light was not strong enough and the shower did not drain well. This small problems should be fixed.
Location of the Noa Residence close to city centre. Walking distance.
Self service check in as no receptionist. Should inform earlier.
It was very well equipped especially for a long stay (self-catering in desired). It was very clean with a large bed and a good-sized room.
The location was ideal to get into the centre of Oxford, right next to a bus stop and there was also parking.
The traffic noise is almost constant.
The location was perfect, easily within walking distance to the centre.
The room looked nothing like the pictures - the quality was terrible. It was tatty and poorly laid out, the TV didn't work, the fridge stank, but by far the worst part was the bathroom: the toilet was in an awkward position so you had to squeeze in between the sink and (very hot) towel heater, the light above the shower was dodgy (even possibly dangerous), the shower couldn't maintain a temperature and continuously swapped between scalding hot and freezing, and there was a pervasive drain smell that leaked into the main living area.
Near to shops, bus stop and city centre and a beautiful park (near canal) within walking distance. Clean flat. Comfortable bed. Decent kitchen facilities. Staff friendly on phone (didn't meet them)
Fridge made a loud noise (needed repair). Had to plug it out at night so I could sleep. Woken every morning early by sound of traffic .. near a busy road and the windows are not very sound proof.
I think the facilities were excellent and ideal for couples staying a few days to a week or so in Oxford.
We'd have liked a little more information prior to arrival regards how to check -in: we had a very short wait on arrival because keys are held "off site", which we didn't realise.
Damp patches in ceiling
Great location with parking.
