I can recomend it to fully mobile people!! As it is an exelent base. Room 8 has a major structural fault in the lhs window stonework which needs a structural engineer services as it eventually fail, causing partial collapse. There are many steep stairs and if you are not fully mobile it would be a problem.

The whole experience was very enjoyable. The staff could not have been more helpful. We did not have dinner at the hotel but the breakfast was equal to anything I have experienced in hotels. The only drawback was that it was virtually impossible to use mobile telephones as the signal was poor.

It's location in the heart of Chipping Campden was perfect. The staff more very helpful and friendly. The room seemed a little dated but fitted in with the classic room you would expect in competitively priced country hotel.

Good atmosphere, central location in the town, yet had good parking facilities. Staff friendly and knowledgeable, good food from the restuarant, a very comfortable bed Hotel was generally quiet, but noise from the main rear door was obtrusive at times

It was a beautiful old building which had been tasyefully extended. We liked the trditional decor. We were in an old part of the building so we did notice very noisy, creaky old wooden floors. Food was excellent and cheaper than some others in the area. Noisy Floors, especially at night.

Made excellent, comfortable base for our visit to the area. Good food especially breakfast. Comfortable and very clean room. Loved the Temple Spa toiletries in bathroom. As it is getting autumnal would have liked a blanket in the wardrobe rather than needing to ask for one.

We enjoyed this hotel very much. Good location, comfy/cozy, pub and good restaurant on premises. Good value. We would stay there again. You can book with confidence that you will enjoy your stay. My only complaint, and it's a very minor one, is that the lights in the room were too dim to read by.

I always choose the Noel Arms because I love the situation of the hotel walking out of the front door onto the main street with so many lovely pubs and good eating houses. We have stayed there many times and love all the different rooms and bars to sit. Thought the bedrooms may need an uplift shortly.

Position, not a modern hotel which might be anywhere. choice of dinning areas, good menu. Given an"upgrade"to what must be the noisiest room in the hotel91(1) every guest went up the old stairs past the room before the fire doors so no noise reduction; also no double or suplimentary glazing, the noise from the street was constant and loud (car park oppersite, bus stop very close, youth congrgating nearby.) No concern by the management when this is mentioned, it was our fault for noticing it!

The central location was perfect and the atmosphere was relaxed. The staff we encountered were courteous and friendly. I'd consider staying there again. My room only had one small window which overlooked a secluded part of the car park. I didn't feel comfortable leaving it open during the night.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was superb. Attention to detail was very good and I liked the fact that much was sourced locally. Live music on Sunday night was a nice extra, especially the young guy who did a three songs in the break. Light in the room was not very bright and I needed an independent reading light by the side of the bed.
