The great welcome I received. Nothing was too much trouble and it really felt comfortable and relaxing. The owners are friendly and hospitable, and the accommodation is clean and warm and absolutely good value for money. I'd recommend it to anyone needing an overnight stay while in the Epsom area.

I found the service and food was excellent at the hotel. Which was run by a very nice couple, who made us feel welcome. I felt that the decor in the room was dated. It needed a complete make over. To make it feel fresh and modern.

We only stayed one night and it was adequate, the staff were helpful. this is a two star hotel and was overpriced for what it was. I would expect to pay about £60 for a room of this type not the £92 we paid

The hotel was so tired it was untrue, it is ten years overdue a face lift. The public area was poor, my room was from 80's and it was proberly that decade when it was last cleaned. The shower was rubbish, it stank of bodies and cheap carpet power like shake and back, it was really poor

Very helpful, friendly proprietors. Quiet location. Good variety of food for breakfast. Wi fi connection in all hotel rooms. Some decorations and furnishings looked a bit tired. Last breakfast during the week was 8.30am, a little early for me whilst on holiday.

Close to nonsuch mansion. As bridesmaid, I booked 2 rooms (1 for retired parents), and for my sister & myself as part of wedding party. Breakfast is good. The young lady who served us was polite, welcoming, efficient. It is difficult to find - sat nav got lost with the post code. It is a converted townhouse currently 2 flags on the property as a landmark. Coffee machine is ok (ie a good concept) but watery on delivery. We were unable to use the rooms 'ensuite' in the night we both tried the door, so had to use public toilet on the floor which needs renovation. Mentioned it to landlady. The landlady said she could open it...so must be a knack. Ok to sleep for a few hours but a budget b&b. I am unlikely to rebook.

The hotel had a relaxing feel to it. Room was spacious, clean and the bed and settee were comfy. Breakfast was also very good. The hotel is not far from Epsom and was considerable cheaper then some of the other hotels in the area, which was great as we only booked the roomt he night before.

We received a warm welcome, and felt that we were staying in someones home rather than a hotel. We ordered dinner on arrival, and the food was excellent. We were not disappointed by the excellent breakfasts the following morning . We were going to a wedding at Nonsuch Mansion and the location was ideal.

Good location for the event we were attending. If the price had been £70 I would be saying that it is excellent value and that nobody should look anywhere else for accomodation in this area. At £90 you tend to notice that prehaps the decoration isn't too fresh, etc... There's nothing really wrong with the place, it's just expensive for what it is.

Wonderful atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Ourside seating great in sunny weather. Good food. Good location (opposite Nonsuch park and near our family). We will make this hotel our base for future trips to visit family.

Very friendly welcome. Shower did not work properly. Impossible to control temperature and poor stream. Website rather misleading, suggesting a parkside setting - hotel actually fronts onto a busy main road.
