Everyone was so friendly and staff were helpful. Our room was comfortable and warm also very clean. Breakfast was really nice with a good variety of choices.
The only thing a found about this hotel that I didn't like was the button on the lift was broken and only worked sometimes.

breakfast was very good
rooms was shabby & dated
the hotel is to big
Needs a massive refurbishment, very tired and dated.
location of bedroom with excellent views Lovely and warm and relaxing Breakfast good choice and service Overall good short break
Our experience at Norbreck was almost everything we had heard about before we went. It was huge but functional, very busy but met our needs.
It was a bit grubby and outdated and the bathroom could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly but on the whole it was fine.
The whole package was very good
Location and friendly staff
Dated shabby rooms
Value for money
the ease of checkin and the friendli nes of reception staff.
at about 5am it sounded like we woke up in the boiler room, the noise of the pipes was unbelivable at least twice we thought some one was drilling our wall, wont be staying in that room again.we sat in the ball room had a drink lovely and warm, moved to the pub side to await friends couldnt belive how cold it was.
The food was good.
The room wasn't clean. Wallpaper was coming off the walls and the entertainment was poor.
Room was warm enough and bed comfortable. Shower excellent. Great car parking space.
No wifi in rooms. TV didn't work a problem for the entire hotel. Arial problems. Decor was pretty poor through out. It was probably a fabulous hotel back in the day. Now a days it's like looking at a supermodel and adding a 100 years to her with no make up on !
not a lot
foyer stone cold./food buffet style last sitting not a lot left/ran out of yorkshire puds/hottest point was the plates .only entertainment was 21;30 to 22;00 not as advertised Staff not interested in complaints just passing the buck' WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN IF IT WAS OFFERED FREE OF CHARGE NOT ON MY WISH LIST
Value for money breakfast very good warm room lots of facilities clean room staff very friendly would let my friends know yes

Room was quite small and bathroom was not very clean
Everything, The breakfasts are excellent, Our stay was very comfortable, Thanks to all the Staff, We will be back!
Meals were ok large car park
The main entretainment bar very cold we had to sit with coats on every night of our stay late night show was cut back to one 30 min slot 930- 10 ??? Not enough food for all sittings was told no more yorkshire puddings left on beef night? We have stayed here twice before probably wont again shame really
Don't know because gave my room that had been booked for 3weeks to someone else as they overbooked and we arrived late due to M6 accident
Due to an accident on the M6 we did not get to hotel until 9.30 on arrival was told my credit card had been declined and so my booking given to someone else I checked with my bank and was told this was a lie, checked with booking.com to be told they were over booked.I was descusted that a booking is given away if you get stuck in traffic and lies are told when you do get there.I did not appreciate not having anywhere to stay at 10pm in Blackpool and found it very percular how my credit card that supposedly does not work, did work when found a room for night.never again
The staff are very welcoming food good entertainment good
The next morning when me and my partner got up we noticed a strong smell from the bath room i went in the the plug hole was making gurgling noise on further inspection that was where the smell was coming from and when we left our room the whole corridor smelt the same
The location and price. The food was excellent, lots of choice, great taste and piping hot.
Hotel decor and room furnishing, plus the bed look like the're still in the 1980s. The plumbing was very noisy
The everything.. Take me off email list NEVER STAY AGAIN
Lovely room with a view, warm clean room, comfy bed, great breakfast, plenty to do,excellent staff, would recommend and look forward to returning.Keep up the good work.
