The hotel had good parking facilities (free) and also the buffet breakfast was of good choice. Whats the point of the question if you cant make an honest opinion of dissatisfaction. !!Our room was looking a little tired .The Hotel is also a an £8 Taxi ride from the the Tower.During the season this would not be a problem as the trams amd buses would be running a regular service. |

I think leaving was the nicest part. It is very old fashioned and needs updating. The shower didnt have hot water in. The whole place needs revamping. I realise I got the room cheap but if I had paid £130 for the night I would of been horrified. When I asked staff about food I was told there was a chipshop 2 mins away and a chinese. |

The Hotel was easy to find with efficient staff, adequate parking, comfotable well appointed room and excelent breakfast fecilities and choice. It was also pleasant to be able to have the choice of smoking or non smoking rooms, so oftem people who smoke are made to feel like lepers. My only dissapointmnt was that I did not havesufficient time to fully enjoy all the facilities on offer. |

The price and therefore value for money with the facilities available such as swimming pool, Jacuzzi sauna and steam Some of the people staying there were large groups of people sitting together in the bar and very noisy!! The food at dinner was served in a very "canteen" style way, didn't feel we were in the restaurant of a hotel of this standard. Waitors too keen to clear tables even when we some of our party (3 people) were still eating, felt like we were being rushed to get out even at the 7.30pm sitting. Staff cleaning around around us whilst eating. The place was empyt by 9.00pm. Wasn't really a relaxed experience when we wanted to enjoy a nice meal together. |

You get what you pay for and this was good value for money. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room, although a little shabby was clean. The shower was good. You do need a bit of a sense of humour to stay here. There was an air of disorganised chaos, especially at breakfast time. But we didn't have a problem as we got down to breakfast before 8.30. |

Visited a friend, shopping and walking Allocated a room with a droning noise asked to move, another couple had already complained and moved out! Hotel was full, noisy and dining room like a cafeteria, no cloths on table, had to queue for food. Having said that the food was okay. Would not go again!! |

given the size of hotel and the amount of people staying there the staff dealt with public in a very professional and caring manner and would therefore reccommend this hotel to family and friends alike. |

The dining area is well organised so that eating at different times does not cause overcrowding. Breakfast tea or coffee served at the table is good. |
