Customer service very good, allot to do here with good facilities. Lovely bar had a good night out.
Poor wifi a bit shabby in places.
Excellent value for bed and breakfast. Breakfast was well worth its money..
The friendly atmosphere
How cold the entertainment room was
entertainment and friendly staff
decor in need of a makeover
The public transport to town great situation of hotel brilliant cycling path walking over road breakfast stubstancial overall excellent value.car park inc free
the tea and coffee in the rooms could be a better quality .
Liked the position off the hotel, really good big car park and good access to local transport.Breakfasts were very good and staff very pleasant. Will stay there again.
Evening dinner could be a bit more varied, stayed three nights and had slight variations of the same three meats every night.
Facilities are good Bed surprisingly comfy although dirty bedding Bar open late Entertainment Cheap price
It was like staying in an igloo Staff very rude in bar area Bedding was dirty Once again unbearably cold!!!! With heating not on after certain times warming up with a hairdryer is as warm as it got Quite far from attractions
I Like the Norbreck I am staying there again in May
Availability of single rooms at good price Tea making facilities in room en suite Room clean and well serviced ( but see note re carpet) Staff friendly and helpful in my experience
Tea urns at breakfast, ability to make or have fresh tea in pots would be better. Thin duvet a little chilly Carpet in room could have done with a rug doctor clean. Noisy people in corridors when trying to sleep.
the entrement team very good
no follow up after partners accident
lots of entertainment in the hotel
bed was uncomfortable mattress hard
Really good value for money. Comfy bed and of a good size for such a low price. Will definitely stay again
Wifi connection was poor to non-existent regardless of where we were in the hotel whetehr it be in the lobby, resteraunt or our room
Steam room Breakfast was excellent
FACILITIES FANTASTIC COOPERFACED JACKS RECEPTION STAFF
STAYED IN ROOM 382 LOSE LIGHT OUTSIDE AND WIND MADE IT BANG ALL NIGHT NEEDS TO BE FIXED. COOPERFACED JACKS SHOULD BE OPEN LONGER TVS IN ROOMS REALLY POOR SHOULD HAVE FREE VIEW CHANNELS AT LEAST (OUR ROOM ONLY HAD 1,2,3 REST WERE FUZZY) HOTEL SHOULD RE INVEST IN A PAINT JOB WOULD MAKE HOTEL SO MUCH BETTER.
Loved the swimming pool, sauna etc, lovely breakfast , has a cafe for food in day, tram is straight outside and is cheap for a day ticket, only 5 mins from the town, great for a weekend away, I came with the kids this time as I liked it so much last month!
Rooms are clean and tidy just old x I would go again
room well located, just what i asked for quiet location with lovely sea view comfortable and warm Excellent value for money+
stain on bath was off putting. wallpaper in bathroom dated and worn. Walls would look much better and easier to keep clean if painted.
The decor was very dated the cleanliness was poor wouldn't stay there again
The bathroom was a good size, the bed was comfey, good storage space.
The lamp in pur room did not work, the door handle on the bathroom was not fitted correctly, good size bed but not much room to get ready around the bed.
The sea front and evening entertainment.
The room was nice and warm. Friendly staff and good food
The rooms are out dated. The tv has just 4 channels and at nights the bar area was very cold. In a disabled room the furniture should be minimalistic. The double bed was very small.
Great entertainment staff very pleasant couldn't fault anything
Leaving the hotel
will not be staying here again, my room was awful, no heating, no lights and on top of that my windows were taped shut with masking tape. I've never had a bad stay anywhere but this one has done it.
This hotel is cheap and cheerful and in need of a total makeover.
