Absolutely nothing the hotel was disgusting. The toilets, restaurants and bar area were awful.
All of it! The hotel was rancid. Would not recommend to anyone
warmth (staff,.....room....atmosphere.) The magnificence of the buildings...(pity about the swimming pool !!but we were aware.
Food was good staff good room clean parking good.Bus an tram stop out side hotel.
Could do with late food bar had to go find a shop o/s the hotel.
This hotel is child friendly. The staff all work hard & are helpful
Swimming pool was closed
Good clean rooms. Good basic food all round great value break.
Never again !!!!
Friendly staff Good food
most of the staff are friendly
the rooms where dirty damp dangerous not a safe environment for children the first room was down a flight of stairs and stank of damp the second room was in need of urgent repairs and cleaning that hasent been done properly for a very long time the whole hotel is in great need of repair and modanising .
Great customer care and service provided Great location with plenty of parking
Swimming pool out of order Couldn't find the pool table
Room needed updating but shower red hot and powerful comfy beds
Needs updating and cold in main area where you sat for drinks and entertainment ment
Ease of checking in and car parking
The room, almost back to the dark ages of wall to wall Bed, with NO wall electric sockets. NO razor point in a drain smelly Bathroom. so how do you shave !! NO.shelf or anywhere to put anything in the bathroom.. Only 4...and I do mean 4.. channels on a very old dated television.
The entertainment was good and staff were very friendly
Our toilet was slanted, our curtains were ripped and our window wouldn't open
Cinema room and the shower
The first room we got put into was fine except the fact it had a door connecting to the room next door which we could hear every word the quests were saying, but the second room we got put into was perfect.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff, couldn't fault them! Wll be back again and again.
We like the fact that all the entertainment is under one roof so no need to go into Blackpool. the sea view was very nice and the meal we had was very good.
Cant say that there was anything we did not like, the size of the hotel would make it impossible to be perfect unless you paid a higher price for the rooms.
reception staff was excellent, was.nt given the room we booked, receptionist sorted it out no problem.
kids running riot, parents not watching them
The bar area was ok but really cold
Room was falling apart, it was horrible
No colour in tv, bed was like lying on floor, had to climb over bed to get to bathroom, could hear the people in each room beside us
staff were very nice
the building inside looked tired and in need of refurbishment. first impression going through revolving door area is that the hotel was very grubby but was cleaner once inside reception
The staff were friendly the rooms were basic but clean the entertainment was ok the food was very good
The hotel was so cold we had to wear coats while watching the entertainment and the room was the same
good location and good bedrooms and showers but needs modernizing
I wasnt impressed with this hotel at all. poor service from staff at breakfast, they didnt escort us to our and the food wasnt labelled (which is by law for buffet or carvery food!!!). They were too much noise from fellow residence that sounded quite loud and aggressive(on the 5th floor) at 3am and struggled to get back to sleep when we have a half marathon run the following morning. A very disappointing stay
Everything like pontins for pensioners. My baby had to sleep with hat an coat on in his pram and hands were freezing was awful checked out after 1st night having slept for an hour exhausted and cold whole place needs updating new windows and painting we only booked for swimming pool and it is closed for next couple of months staff were unhelpful and unapologetic told me to check a tablet for other hotels (I haven't got one) no offer to move rooms no suggestions no refund just a over worked uninterested girl on reception obviously not trained in hospitality.
Wifi connection was rubbish, television didnt work, had no channels, just wasnt modern
room window left open before occupation, so room was cold and due to heating not coming on till about seven the room was very cold for most of the night. caber-ay venue was also very cold.
