In a great location on Havre des Pas, 5.5 miles from Jersey Airport, Hotel De Normandie is across from the beautiful Bay of St Clement.
Score from 814 reviews Good
In the center of St Helier, this independent colonial-style hotel has a seasonal outdoor heated pool and free Wi-Fi. With a bar, restaurant and bright, modern rooms, the harbor is just 1 mile away.
Score from 213 reviews Very good
Overlooking Gorey Harbour, Seascale Hotel & Restaurant offers well-appointed rooms beneath Jersey’s Mont Orgueil Castle.
Score from 21 reviews Wonderful
This 3-star hotel is in central St. Helier, a mile from the ferry terminal and Elizabeth Castle. It has an outdoor swimming pool and terrace, and free Wi-Fi.
Score from 190 reviews Very good
Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed both the breakfasts and the evening meals. Could easily walk into town. Enjoyed the Monday night quiz. Decor could do with some updating but all clean and tidy. Great value for money.
The room was a lovely size. Good value for money Good breakfasts
all was well, no negative comments.
I booked a double room an got 2 separate single beds..which meant me an my fiancé had to sleep in seperated beds was not and still not happy as it was our first night out since having our baby
Great stay super friendly staff, clean, excellent cooked breakfast can't really fault it for £30 a night
Hotel a little dated and tired but nothing to worry about
Staff friendly, good food.
corners cut. Pay for gells, shower materials, etc. Breakfast. smallest bowls ever seen, same for glasses for juice.
The hotel was very clean and the staff efficient.
Breakfast could have had larger portions. Better evening meal selection would have been nice. Swipe cards on room doors would do away with the pain of handing in keys and collecting them on every departure/arrival at the hotel.
Staff lent over backwards to enable me to have a very early departure
One receptionist, a young woman was unhelpful, off hand in fact. A young man was very helpful. The waiter serving breakfast was charming and obliging. The sandwiches and coffee at the kiosk were good.
An old fashioned feel. It would appeal to the elderly on a coach trip
Nice walk into town
Location to town centre. Price. Huge comfortable bed. Really lovely staff
Bathroom very basic. Shower pressure was awful.
We always look for value accommodation when we visit Jersey so we can go out and eat in the fantastic restaurants and bars. The hotel is in a good location for these and shopping. Very clean and the staff are really friendly.
Can't think of anything
Good location and clean and friendly but nothing special and a bit souless !
The decor !!
Cannot really say as I was there just over 12 hours

Every member of staff made us feel Important. We felt at home and welcomed like old friends. Super location and surprisingly quiet, despite its proximity to town, for a good nights sleep. Good food and value too
Having to leave to come home!
Freindliness.Nothing is to much trouble. Hotel is spotless throughout.Huge comfortable bed. Food spot on. Thanks too Patricia our waitress and all the staff . We'll be back.
The location is good and really handy for shops and restaurants. Harbour and local attractions are also within easy walk.
The restaurant was rather crowded and there is very little space between tables. Breakfast in particular was always busy and care had to be taken to and from the table not to bump into others. Despite this, service was very good and waiters worked extremely hard to maintain a constant flow with cooked meals, coffee, tea etc.
Very friendly staff and helpful. Close location to the centre of St.Heller. Value for money, nice to have some evening entertainment. If we are going to Jersey again will most certainly stay here, 2 star hotel is a gem.
I have spent a long time thinking about this and I cannot think of anything!!!
Not an aweful lot to be fair.
No wifi in rooms. Decor extremely dated. Breakfast lame. Staff not too helpful (when checking out guy didn't know if I had anything outstanding to pay etc - had to phone later) P
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Sharing a table in dining room with strangers
As this is our third stay at the hotel, for our part its location, staff and quality of food is first-class. For a couple in their 60s and 70s respectively, its proximity to the shopping areas, the Havre de Pas seafront and Howard Davies park are a boon. 12-15 minutes walk time to the Liberation wharf 'bus station is also a good point. Although there are nearer 'bus stops, buses are usually full by the time the local stops are reached from Liberation bus terminus.
The Thermostatically-controlled shower which initially could have caused skalding of flesh as no cold water could be metered, even for a bath. We could not understand why the problem had not been reported by previous guests. The unit was replaced on the 3rd day but still was not able to be controlled to a comfortable temperature level. The television gave trouble this time and although re-tuned by staff, still gave problems. On the ground floor, the room key with card-system to activate the electricity supply to the room was a disadvantage and this method had not been in force on higher floors on our previous stays. Some guests on the floor above where a bit noisy, especially after 6-o'clock in the mornings
being close to the centre
limited evening menu
The hotel is very clean and worth more than 2 star rating the breakfast was outstanding
No wifi in most of the hotel only in main reception / coffee shop area
Very pleasant hotel, cleaned to a high standard everyday. Food was good . Only few minutes walk to get to the town centre. Would recommend to anyone. Elevators worked well , no long waits . Bar was always pleasantly full at night. Plenty of room to relax. Staff throughout the day were excellent. . No noise at night had a good sleep.
Bath was awkward to stand in whilst showering. A rounded bottom made it quite slippery so had to take extra care.
The location of the Norfolk Hotel is ideal if you are based in St. Helier. St. Helier itself is an ideal place to be based while on holiday on the island. The hotel staff were exceptional in that they were cordial and relaxed. They seemed happy in their work; always a good sign. The evening meal is very good value if it suits you to eat in the hotel. There is not an abundance of restaurants to eat in on the island though there are sufficient for the needs of holidaymakers.
Our bathroom had a bath-cum-shower combo; not ideal for us or for more aged couples. A walk-in shower would be preferable.
Rooms were comfortable adequate furnishings, rooms were clean and well maintained. Service in restaurant was good food was good.
Décor slightly dated but clean and maintained
