Nothing. This hotel was the worst 4 stars hotel I have ever experienced in my life!!! Yes, Almost everything. The old style hotel. Nothing worked properly. Does not look clean. No good staff. |

Location (proximity to Paddington station); Smoking allowed; good and free internet connection. However price is okay The 5th floor is really not nice. Net curtains full of holes. Inadequate breakfast room. Definitely not worth 4 stars; maybe 2? |

a basic hotel but adequate, pleased how it was so close to Paddington Station. We also enjoyed sitting in the gardens of the square the room was a little shabby could do with modernising. |

the central location & quitness beds are in bad condition and in general the state of maintenance leaves a lot to improve. The bathroom was ok though. |

La ubicación del hotel, està cerca de la estación de tren. Las quatro estrellas tienen mucho que desear, pasillos estrechos y un olor.....raro, pero encima en recepción no sabian español. |

La situación es bastante buena Está sin reformar desde los Reyes Católicos, en su caso desde Enrique VIII. Todo se arregla a base de silicona, cortinas rotas, suelos crujen, camas cojas, paredes como papel de fumar, etc, etc. |

El hotel está bien situado en una zona de muchos hoteles. La habitación es pequeña para tres personas, el hotel está ya un poco anticuado, necesitaría alguna reforma. El desayuno malo. |

Vicinanza alla fermata della Metropolitana Paddington. Camera doppia troppo piccola (a malapena sufficiente per una persona)senza aria condizionata. Pulizia bagno. Corridoi troppo piccoli. Scale strette e fatiscenti. Ascensore lento, angusto ed obsoleto. |

Hotelli on erinomaisella paikalla lähellä Paddingtonin asemaa (Tube) ja hiljainen, koska aukion reunalla. Miellyttävä englatilaistyylinen hotelli ja riittävät palvelut. Sängyt olivat hyvät nukkua. Lämpöä hotellihuoneissa reilusti (oli tietysti kesäaika). Pöytätuuletin oli miellyttävä. |

La zona es muy tranquila y rodeada de toda clase de servicios: restaurantes, prensa, metro, cambio, supermercados, etc. No tiene 4* en absoluto (la entrada engaña). La insonorización es pésima, se escuchan los ruidos de las habitaciones (paredes de papel) y de la calle (afortudamente es una plaza tranquila y fuimos entre semana). El suelo de madera cruje como un barco. Las habitaciones y baños son muy viejos, necesitan reforma. Los baños son pequeños e inapropiados a 4*. La limpieza es correcta. |
