the rooms was spacious and lovely and clean the service was really good over all i would recommend this hotel i was a little disappointed with the swimming pool |

The hotel is in a good location and we would stay there again providing that it's new owners maintain it's character and service. Facilities were good and the room was clean plus everything worked. The car parking fees are extortionate and should be abolished as this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel so you would think that they could include free car parking or just levy a small charge of say £5 per day and not £12 as was the case |

The Norfolk is in a central, very convenient position. The rooms that have been decorated are very nice and good value for money Having stayed at this hotel previously it is extremely annoying and very penny pinching that they charge you £12/ night to park your car, this should be included in the room rate |

The bed was comfortable. There were works going on in the hotel, and you couldn't hear much for the sound of drilling. The spa and pool worked only for one day of our stay, and we have chosen this hotel exactly because we thought we'd use the pool and the spa every day. The sound proofing of the rooms is bad, and you can hear all the neighbours in the corridor. It was like Fawlty Towers. |
