The rooms in the 3rd floor are all attics and the slanted ceilings are extremely inconvenient - especially in the en-suites where you can bang your head every now and then despite being careful as much as possible.
All of the experiance
Great location and good leisure facilities
Rooms need updating especially the tv
Staff were very friendly, amazing location and the rooms were lovely.
In my opinion the beds weren't the most comfortable they were very hard so I found it difficult to sleep.
Friendliness of breakfast staff Molton Brown toiletries in bathroom.
Nothing to dislike. Pleasant stay for my solo holiday. Will come again.
service and cleanliness
nothing i didn't like
Executive room superb. Garden areas beautiful. Wife slept well all 3 nights although I did not sleep well 1st night due to traffic noise and rowdy people in street. Safe parking for car immediately beneath hotel was very much appreciated. Staff consistently excellent.
Room faced onto a road with rowdy / noisy people going home from nightclubs / bars late at night. Had to turn up TV sound very loud to overcome traffic noise but this was only during late afternoon. On next visit I will be asking for a room that faces over the hotel's garden to avoid traffic noise. Consequently did not sleep well 1st night but DID sleep well 2nd and 3rd nights once I had got used to the noise. Buffet breakfast system meant that bacon was sometimes cooked correctly and sometimes bone dry but overall breakfast was fair to good.
Friendly staff and good food. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds.
Slightly dated rooms and swimming pool.
We liked all of it the rooms were lovely and the children loved the swimming pool.
The only part was not being able to get into our room until about 4pm when it stated 3PM.
Enjoyed the leisure facilities very easy and quiet Garden & terrace lovely setting Plenty of seating areas throughout the Hotel
Rooms were in need of an improved air conditioning
Location Room Staff - reception, bar, concierge Swimming pool Ambience Food
Housekeeping issues ie room not ready until 4pm and not cleaned next day until so late so we said not to worry.
Location is ideal...right close to shops, restaurants and beach. Staff very friendly. Room very comfortable and tea and coffee facilities provided.
The lobby furnishings need updating.
Comfortable beds, a clean room and great breakfast. Close to the shops, parks & gardens and the beach. Short stay but hope to go back again soon.
The room was large with large tv and the beds where really comfortable. Location was great for the shopping we wanted to do.
Being charged for the movies
only stayed for one night!!
Relaxing close to beach and bars suited us perfectly
Friendly staff and good facilities, happy to help.
Short staffed at times.
The room, bed very comfortable.
Breakfast would be better at McDonald's, at least the food would be cooked and plentiful. Evening meal in the restaurant was 'hard work' for the staff as well as poor menu choice. Room not cleaned very well, even had to remove my own rubbish.
We r doing booking 2 week befour but when we r in staff ask it is full not any room lift now and send us other realy bad hotel on after waste one houer we got not any office to refuse them
Disturbing Creaking floor boards/ noise
Great location within walking distance of shops, parks and beach. Staff very helpful and lovely breakfast.
Little bit noisy at night with people banging doors but not complaining as we've all had a bit of fun coming home from bars!
Location Large screen tv in room
Very noisy (traffic noise) at night and early morning. Car park extremely narrow. Poor breakfast food. Bar prices very high.
Staff were poor and the hotel was tired and needs updating.
Powdered eggs were not cold
Lack of Air Conditioning Incredibly hot due to wooden construction Situated on a very (traffic) noisy road
*location very close to centre *facilities and good *breakfast has good variety
*our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in ages *the bath was old and worn *we paid for an upgraded "executive" room that was tiny (we called to advise the reception but nothing was done)
