A comfortable and quiet room and a very relaxed atmosphere.
Our only criticism was the quality of the welcome. The woman at the desk was pre-occupied, brusque and unsmiling. Fortunately she was untypical of the staff in general who were polite, friendly and helpful.
You can walk into the town centre or you can walk the other way to the beach. It has a small swimming pool but ideal for swimming in small circles and working up an appetite for the cooked breakfast.
Food at the restaurant is excellent!
Front room in hotel over looking street from town centre
Swimming pool facilities were lovely and it was usually empty. Breakfast had an amazing selection. Room was nice. Walking distance to town and the beach. (The main reason I picked this hotel)
The room cleaners were in the hallways all day. There didn't seem to be any order to what they did and when they did it. I always felt there was someone out there. very off putting. Ordered a Deluxe room but I don't think it was. I think it was just a double. If it wasn't a double then it is a lot of money for what you get. I've been to better places for a lot less a night. we seemed to be the only under 50's staying there.
Situated in the centre of town
On a steep hill
Very bad mangment for the hotel they don't care about the client , very bad service
I like Comfort hotel. THE RECEPTION IS SHOULD BE SMILE. AIR CONDITIONS IT IS VARY IMPORTANT
I don't like noise, because my room in ground floor is vary noise .
Staff friendly and helpful
Hotel looking a bit tired.
What a fantastic hotel, very happy! Can't thank the staff enough for there help, first class. When we come back to bournemouth this is where we'll stay. Sauna, steam room and pool and jacuzzi included in the price and nice and clean. Thanks again!!
Room was good,comfortable,
When paying for secure parking,I was amazed that my car wouldn'tfit in the car park
Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Location is excellent, centre of town, short walk from the beach. Value for money Garden is very pretty, especially with all the fairy lights on at night
No proper bar staff even on a busy Friday night. The reception staff had to come to serve drinks and were clearly lost behind the bar. Long wait for drinks and not a very well stocked bar. Breakfast was tasty but breakfast room totally chaotic at weekend, waited ages for a table both mornings despite arriving in plenty of time.
Carpets were very dated throughout. One lift out of service, the other very slow and noisy.
The rooms in the 3rd floor are all attics and the slanted ceilings are extremely inconvenient - especially in the en-suites where you can bang your head every now and then despite being careful as much as possible.
Room layout - nice beds big TV (Freeview) Garden with outdoor heaters and space for kids to run around Pool & hot tub jacuzzi Location 5 min walk to shops - 8 min walk to attractions
No Wifi in rooms only in lounge No aircon so dispite a comfy bed room was too hot Breakfast is £15!
All of the experiance
Great location and good leisure facilities
Rooms need updating especially the tv
Beautiful stained glass windows, even my bathroom had some stained glass. The location was quite good, very near town centre. Staff very helpful especially as some are Spanish (fluent English), two of our group only spoke Spanish.
Building very creaky - people in room above kept their shoes on, I could hear every step. By me staying two nights the hotel saved on washing and changing my bed and towels but was still too mean to replace the toiletries in the bathroom. I thought maybe it had been overlooked in my room but others in the party found the same. First time I have had to pay for car parking but it was a secure place.
Staff were very friendly, amazing location and the rooms were lovely.
In my opinion the beds weren't the most comfortable they were very hard so I found it difficult to sleep.
Great location. Staff very friendly.
Squeaky bed-made noise each time we made a movement. Very creaky floors throughout corridors on our floor (stayed in room 106). Hotel interior very dated, including room and bathroom. Average looking breakfast priced at £15 per head.
Friendliness of breakfast staff Molton Brown toiletries in bathroom.
Nothing to dislike. Pleasant stay for my solo holiday. Will come again.
Nice room & location
Paying £13 a day for parking
service and cleanliness
nothing i didn't like
Executive room superb. Garden areas beautiful. Wife slept well all 3 nights although I did not sleep well 1st night due to traffic noise and rowdy people in street. Safe parking for car immediately beneath hotel was very much appreciated. Staff consistently excellent.
Room faced onto a road with rowdy / noisy people going home from nightclubs / bars late at night. Had to turn up TV sound very loud to overcome traffic noise but this was only during late afternoon. On next visit I will be asking for a room that faces over the hotel's garden to avoid traffic noise. Consequently did not sleep well 1st night but DID sleep well 2nd and 3rd nights once I had got used to the noise. Buffet breakfast system meant that bacon was sometimes cooked correctly and sometimes bone dry but overall breakfast was fair to good.
Friendly staff and good food. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds.
Slightly dated rooms and swimming pool.
We liked all of it the rooms were lovely and the children loved the swimming pool.
The only part was not being able to get into our room until about 4pm when it stated 3PM.
