Βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρική περιοχή του Λονδίνου και έχει εύκολη και άμεση πρόσβαση με τον υπόγειο σηδιρόδρομο. Ανακαίνιση στα δωμάτια και ιδιαίτερα στα μπάνια. |

Καλή περιοχή για εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα σχεδόν τα σημεία και στο κέντρο. Τα δωμάτια θέλουν ριζική ανακένηση.Την πρώτη ημέρα μας έβαλαν σε ένα απαράδεκτο δωμάτιο στο ισόγειο, δίπλα από το δωμάτιο με τον καυστήρα,το καλορηφέρ εκανε εκοφαντικό θόρυβο και το μπάνιο μύριζε.Την επόμενη ημέρα μετά από παράπωνα τα οποία κάναμε μας άλλαξαν δωμάτειο. |

Πρωτον ειναι σε πολυ κεντρικο σημειο και μας εξυπηρετουσε παρα πολυ στις μετακινησεις μας!Επιπλεον το δωματιο ηταν παρα πολυ ζεστο και μας αρεσε ιδιαιτερα!Ειναι σε πολυ ομορφη περιοχη του Λονδινου και εχει πολλα καταστηματα φαγητου,δημοσιες υπηρεσιες!Το προσωπικο ηταν πολυ εξυπηρετικο και φιλικο! Αν γινοταν να βλτιωσουν την ντουζεριρα του μπανιου γιατι σε δυσκολευει η χρηση της! |

The bed linen was exceptionally clean and the staff were relatively friendly. The lift is slow and tiny (too small for a hotel of this size). When I arrived just before 11 the cafe bar was closed - no way of getting a drink? No room service? The hotel needs triple glazing as it is so incredibly noisy and it is far too hot (surely this must be costing the hotel a fortune in heating bills?). I could not turn off the radiator and the chap from reception kindly came to my room and turned it off for me. |

A very confortable, welcoming hotel. Very helpful staff. When we reported that we were unable to remove the bath plug, and that we had to use a nail file. Nothing was done. |

I had an attic room so had a good night's sleep. Also the continental breakfast was quite good. The room was OK but I had to call the janitor to replace a fuse in the tea-maker and I also told them that there was a sharp nail protruding upward on the toilet top. |

Not much - but at least it was conveniently close to railway station My comments obviously only apply to the areas I came into direct contact with - the lift, the 5th floor corridor and the room allocated to me. At best these can be described as 'very tired'! I found my room (519) extremely utilitarian. - In this day and age I would have have expected a tv with remote control at the very least - not to mention a comprehensive selection of channels. . Maybe the rooms on the lower floors are better appointed, but I found mine extremely cramped and was very disappointed by my short stay. |

The location to the trains. overall the room was mediocre compared to the pictures on the website profile. We had to ask for a TV remote and it was provided the next day. There was no wardrobes in the room (although size of room wouldnt fit in wardrobe anyway)hanging bars were provided with six hangers. If we were staying for longer you would certainly not be able to hang up your clothing. |

The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful. I have never stayed in such a shabby hotel. The rooms I saw were just big enough for the bed and to pass someone you had to climb on the bed or chair. The wallpaper was patched in so amny places it looked like a quilt and the windows were cracked with a curtain which can't have been washed for 10 years. The stairwell carpet was so threadbare that you walked on the underlay and not carpet pile. |

The location was perfect - walking to Paddington Station. The breakfast was great. The price was right. The room was very small, but expected, and very tired, but clean. |

The location,rate &accomodation is just perfect for a tourist to explore the heart of the city of London and Westminster.Very accessible via bus routes & underground transport. I'd rather say the positve aspect,as mentioned above. |
