Good location but that's about all
The room was tiny, at 5ft 4 my feet were hanging out the end of the "double bed" . The room was next to the lift which gave me a constant reminder it was the 4th floor 24 hrs a day. Also building work going on which we weren't informed about which was very noisey
Norfolk Towers is a great place to stay in London. They had done renovations and everything was perfect. It is very close to Paddington Tube Station, restaurants and sights. This was our second stay and it was even better then the first. We will be back.
a virtual clone of the Blakemore
rooms are so small there isnt even room to open a suitcase on the available floor space.
The location was very good a 3 minutes walk to Paddington station.we walked to oxford street in a leisurely manner in about 30 minutes. The hotel room was spacious and the bathroom was really nice.
The cleanliness of room and reception.
We were put up in a room which was extremely warm and we're given 2 stand like fans which did not help at all therefore we couldn't get a good night's sleep. We went to reception to inform them of our situation but they told us there was nothing they could do.
Friendliness and availability of staff. Have stayed at this hotel for 10 years or so, only once a year and it has improved so much, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for one in London.
Very good location near Paddington. Good vibe and nice park nearby ... maybe a bit expensive so watch for deals
Cleanliness & decoration .
Location. As two pensioners (with Lancashire bus passes) it was perfect. A super hotel
Very convenient - the rooms are small (they all are in London) but extremely clean. The area was perfect!
Wifi was a hassle - that's it!
Extremely warm and helpful staff (even borrowed me an iphone 5 charger). The room was modern but on the small side, however we weren't spending much time in the room so this suited us fine! Would definitely stay again as its not far from the paddington tube station.
The inside of the room is done up fairly well, which gives it a touch of class.
No space between the twin beds. Why bother calling it a twin bed room at all.
Easy walk to Paddington Station. Good restaurants nearby. Very comfortable indeed.
Nervous the price may go up too much
In the beginning: the receptionist give us a room which is different from the kind that we Booking, and he said " we have no moor rooms". then, when we complained he changed the room.
The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Part of the renovations includes a lift, which means no lugging bags upstairs. Renovated rooms are clean and modern and the bathroom was very good with quite a sizeable shower given the overall small room space. There was'nt a lot of room around the bed, so storing luggage was a bit difficult. It was Ok as we were only there one night before catching train to Paris from Paddington, which is less than 10 minutes walk with luggage. The continental breakfast is OK, but not great. Overall for the price I think its a good place for a short stay.
Nothing when you weigh up what you are paying for London accommodation in a nice area.
Excellent rooms Really helpful and nice staff Great location 2 minute walk to paddington station
Slow lifts Few troubles with wi-fi connection
staff were really friendly, the rooms were spotless if on the smaller size but had everything we needed. Location was superb, lots of pubs and restaurants to eat out. Tube just around the corner and city centre maybe 30 min walk, would stay again.
Rooms were just a bit smaller than normal but had all you needed and there was some building work going on at the time but that was a small price as it was not that disruptive.
Nice newly renovated rooms. Free wifi. Close to Underground and railway. Helpful personnel. Value for money.
Loud renovation work early in the morning from within the hotel. (I enjoy sleeping in.) Uncomfortable bed.
Got a huge king size bed, amazing sleep and super clean room. Wi-fi was fast and easy to set up. Lots of towels, stuff for tea and coffee etc. Big bath tub and rain fall shower head. Wish I could've stayed longer!
On the floor which had some construction, when I first arrived all I could hear was pounding nails and drills in the wall beside my room. But it did stop after about 30 mins of getting to my room just before I was about to call the front desk about it.
Very helpful stuff and beautiful place to stay
They make you feel at home
Really easy to travel around london and heathrow airport. Just a few steps to bus stop and tube.
Walkway in the room is too narrow, tiny toilet.
The room was compact but very modern, lovely rainfall shower! The bar downstairs was great fun and the staff were extremely helpful. Very close to tube station so easy for sight seeing. Would definitely stay again & recommend.
The corners of the bathroom floor could have been cleaner & it was fairly "cosy" in the room so a bit more space would have been great but no problem for a short stay!
Staff, room, location
the friendly and helpfulness of staff great pub /bar below hotel clean and comfortable rooms
