Water pressure Tiny room, no stairs, very small lift - would not stay again as it was extremely poor value for money!

Sorry - there is nothing at all I could say positive about my stay at the Norfolk Towers Awful tatty room. Bed sloped making it impossible to sleep properly as I was hanging on to the matress most of the night. Threadbare carpet with tape over it, single glazed window which does not block out any sound from the street and its on a route that drunks take all night as they head home shouting and yelling at the tops of their lungs, the bath leaked and flooded the room below me so I had reception in and out asking me not to shower or use the facilities. All this for £120.00 a night. The type of place that makes you ashamed that tourists will visit this country, pay that ridiculous sum of money for a truly appallling hotel and think that this is what Britain is like.

The room was huge with four single beds, TV, Desk, round table, three chairs. The water was HOT. Breakfast was truly continental, but you could purchase a full breakfast for 5 pounds. Wi-fi worked intermittantly. No hooks in the bathroom. Bathroom door creaked.

The Norfolk Towers Hotel was the perfect solution for spending a weekend in London to focus on shopping. It is not The Ritz but it is clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and conveniently located. The reception staff were very helpful.

I particularly appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of staff at all times, and the pleasant way they always greeted us. Nothing was too much trouble. They also looked so professional, and the whole ambience as you enter the hotel was most pleasing. Thank you. I found the bathroom/toilet area very cramped; difficult to maneouve around in!

My sister and I stayed at Norfolk Towers overnight on a trip to the city. It was a perfect location for us, 2 minute walk from Paddington Station and very reasonably priced. The staff were lovely and very helpful, especially the breakfast staff, and they held our bags for us on the second day for free. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning and recommending Norfolk towers to all our friends and family!

To be fair, the price of the hotel has no comparaison with most of the hotels in the area. Howevr, London tourist department should visit hotels like this one. The rooms are very poor, the old tv attached high against the wall i more danger than fun. the heating system is noisy, unpredictible, the windows amplify the noise as they all shake. the lift is scary, tiny and smelly. I really didn't like the policy way of the restaurant staff during breakfast. They should give clients some time to breath, get them to sit, then ask them their room numbers. The guests are given the impression they were about to sneak in. I would not discuss the meal, which is average considering the charge.

The location of the hotel was good with good access to public transport. Very run down hotel. Couldn't close the french balcony doors completely but it wouldn't have mattered as they were so rotten that there were holes in them. Noisy heaters running 24/7. a lot of uneaven floor boards. Bathroom was patched up where it was falling apart. Bathtub felt like I was going to go through the bottom of it and the shower head was old and not clean! Breakfast was horrible; nothing fresh - only pre- prepared food/drinks. Dirty dishes (all of them!).

Convenient Location. Different choices of restuarants nearby. We booked a room for 3 with three single beds. One of them was in poor condition, maybe because that was an added (fold) bed. My husband had back pain after two nights.

Location Red carpets are disturbing. Using the bread roaster was awfull the bread was burned, nobody in the cafeteria room was willing to help. Personal seems to be unhappy. There are no garbage cans into the room. Little noise was a problem to fall sleep.

Ha! The location best suited my requirement. And, whoa! The staff were generally friendly. I was received with my luggage kept safe while I took trips around London before my official check-in. I guess my trip next will be with my family to see the Olympics and I certainly would desire a cosy room for the four of us. In the same Hotel, of course. Absence of typical African cuisine. I had to go around Peckham, Hendon., Etc to eat good African food. Not that it matters, though. I enjoyed my stay tremendously in the hotel. They should please let guests watch live matches in their rooms.
