The location was perfect - walking to Paddington Station. The breakfast was great. The price was right. The room was very small, but expected, and very tired, but clean. |

It's decent for the cost that we paid - other than that nothing outstanding No parking, no computer for the web, old windows furniture and TV, malfunctioning bathroom |

The location, rate &accomodation is just perfect for a tourist to explore the heart of the city of London and Westminster.Very accessible via bus routes & underground transport. I'd rather say the positve aspect,as mentioned above. |

Stay pleasant. Excellent for shopping, going to the theatres, and good all round transport. Hotel needs in the rooms, a fridge and microwave. Room could have been bigger as our stay was for 13 nights. |

The Norfolk Towers Hotel was very near St Mary's Hospital which I had to visit as my brother was a very ill patient there - he unfortunately died on 7 October The room was very small and very sparce - no wardrobe. I wouldn't like to have to stay there for more than one or two nights. |

I enjoyed the fact that the hotel was within walking distance to all the stores which in turn saved me money on transportation. The hotel was noisey and the rooms could use some upkeep. |

Near to transport, bars and restuarants. Very good breakfast. Able to leave luggage. Rooms pretty small, wouldn't stay longer than 1 or 2 nights, and only if spending most of time out. |

The price and the location. Broom cuboard sized room with carpet so threadbare it was uncomfortable to get out of bed with bare feet. When moved - placed in a room with a floor to ceiling window that did not close - cue cold drafts and lots of noise from the road and the smokers outside the bar below. |
