The room booked was as far from "Executive" as you could possibly imagine and the title is totally misleading. The room was small and cramped, no wardrobe or storage facility and no room to swing a cat. The toilet was small and cramped, dirty and smelly. Breakfast was revolting and we only went on the first morning of a 6 night stay. The worst hotel I have stayed in in London. |

proximity to the main sightseeing places. Free internet and breakfast. Staff is very helpful and friendly. This is a very shabby hotel. Rooms are very small. Bathroom is old. Furniture was not renovated since probably WWII. Windows did not work and the room was too hot since it was impossible to adjust the heating. Breakfast is the cheapest I ever had though it was assisted with 4 or 5 waiter while one or two would be enough. I wish they did not advertised they offered one at all - it would be more honest. They have too many staff as if it were 5 star hotel. It would be better if they spent some money on renovation otherwise it looks funny to offer 5 star service in a shabby hotel. |

There is nothng special about this hotel. It is just handy because it is centralbut then again there are hundreds of others around it too. I did not like the staff at breakfast who only seemed to be there to guard the bacon and clean up the tables. I thought 5 at a time was excessive for this and mostly they stood around making us feel uncomfortable, |

Room was freezing (Room 102) I prefer cooler rooms but this was too much and it wasnt because of an over active air conditionerm in face there wasnt one at all. There was an electric heater in the room, but I do not like using these at all. Not enough bedlinen supplied, especailly in this cold snap. Thus did not sleep very well. |

the location was very handy and the hotel was as basic as it gets which may suit some travelers. i paid for the executive suite, however the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the bed covers were too small for the bed and the room was extremely tiny for a so called 'executive suite' |

The only good thing is it is near oxford street, the shopping area. There is no security camera in every floor. There is no safe box in the room. We are one of the 3 victims that our rooms been broke into. We, the victims, left our rooms on the same night at abt 8pm. Our locked luggage been tampered and we lost few valuable items. The other 2 victims were in different floor. Such hotel with no security camera in every floor is very strange coz we stayed in other smaller/cheap hotel do have security cameras. |

Only location is noice, the rest is horrible In particular, the staff has stolen 160 gbp from my wallet - we were out for 40 minutes. Besides, the wallet was in the bag. It was very cold. The walls were dirty of moisture. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. |

I thought the breakfast was good value, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the location was good as it was near an underground I thought the rooms were due a revamp as the walls had a lot of black marks and the wood was faded and chipped. It's a little dated. Also the heating in our room did not work which was annoying |
