A takaritással meg voltam elégedve, mindig tiszta rendes szobába érkeztünk haza. A szálló elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, busz megálló a hotel előtt. A fürdőszoba állapota igénytelen, a szobánkból a kilátás egy szeméttel teli udvarra, a reggelinél hiányoltam a felvágottat. |

Kiváló az elhelyezkedése, a tömegközlekedés és a gyorsforgalmi vasút a reptérre innen szuper! A tisztasága megfelelő, még a kontinentális reggeli is elegendő és bővített. A szobák kicsik és lelakottak. A radiátor csöpögött és elázott tőle a szőnyeg, a fürdőszoba ajtó már régebben felázhatott, de úgy is maradt. |

The location to the trains. overall the room was mediocre compared to the pictures on the website profile. We had to ask for a TV remote and it was provided the next day. There was no wardrobes in the room (although size of room wouldnt fit in wardrobe anyway)hanging bars were provided with six hangers. If we were staying for longer you would certainly not be able to hang up your clothing. |

The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful. I have never stayed in such a shabby hotel. The rooms I saw were just big enough for the bed and to pass someone you had to climb on the bed or chair. The wallpaper was patched in so amny places it looked like a quilt and the windows were cracked with a curtain which can't have been washed for 10 years. The stairwell carpet was so threadbare that you walked on the underlay and not carpet pile. |

The location was perfect - walking to Paddington Station. The breakfast was great. The price was right. The room was very small, but expected, and very tired, but clean. |

Stay pleasant. Excellent for shopping, going to the theatres, and good all round transport. Hotel needs in the rooms, a fridge and microwave. Room could have been bigger as our stay was for 13 nights. |

The Norfolk Towers Hotel was very near St Mary's Hospital which I had to visit as my brother was a very ill patient there - he unfortunately died on 7 October The room was very small and very sparce - no wardrobe. I wouldn't like to have to stay there for more than one or two nights. |
